Constant Errors & Issues - IPhone 4S & Website
Hello. I love your app & website. I think what you have done has already changed my life. Overall, I am getting a ton of errors on both platforms.
On the website I try and do many things, exp:

Changed My User Information

crossed up acct after accepting ally
Hmm...LOVE this concept and I accept a bit of beta behavior in a system. Here's mine. I created an account. Showed my wife SuperBetter. SHe made an account. she sent me an ally request by email. We couldn't find an internal request system to connect to my existing account. I accepted her request. It looked like my acct, but no personal icon. I did some ally activities for her. I tried to get back onto myown dashboard and discovered what seem to be a fresh acct. I logged out and logged back in. I got my dashboard but with no…

Super Better in a post disaster context
I have a hunch that Super Better could help lots of people deal with the ongoing impacts of natural disasters such as the ongoing earthquakes in Christchurch, NZ. I see in my own ChCh family, people suffering from long-level but chronic fatigue, anxiety, fear, etc. What would the experts say about using it in that context?
1 voteEven though we’re currently marketing SuperBetter for health/wellness, the core psychology and research behind it is universal, and can be applied to just about anything. SuperBetter is about breaking goals down into manageable, accomplishable tiny steps and being able to see the progress you’re making along the way. It builds resilience: the ability to stay positive, optimistic, and hopeful even in the face of sometimes cataclysmic challenges. To me, that sounds like something they could certainly use.

replace "contact support" button with links to FAQ, forum, etc.
If you don't have a support team to answer questions, please don't fake it. The list of help links I got in an email when I used the "contact support" button should replace the email form, because I wouldn't have taken the time to compose an email if I knew no one would read it.

No Ally Dashboard.
I had at least two ally's but my dashboard would only show me one. Then the 'one' suggested we were not a good match so I deleted her. Now I have no Ally dashboard at all.
Is there a problem with seeing more than one Ally? How do I see my other allies? Please help

Since the latest update my app won’t open
I have an iPhone 5. Today cannot open the app. Updated the app, and it still won’t open. Just shows the SB logo for infinite amount of time and appears to be loading. I restarted the phone. No changes. This sucks because I have come to count on my SB app to succeed every day. Please, help SOON. Thanks!

Warn before banning from forum and clarify what the problem is
Please, before banning someone from the forum warn them and clarify what they are doing wrong, so they get a change to change their behaviour. After all, Superbetter is about behavioural change. (I was banned upon posting for the first time, have no clue what I did wrong and did not get any answers from customer support when I asked for the reasons. Not a good experience).

My allies want to be able to see the descriptions of the quests/bad guys/powerups/etc
When they click on the links of them, they just go back to the same page. It would be really helpful for both them and me if they could give feedback on what tasks I did, but they need to know what it is I did. And also for me to give them feedback about their activities, obviously. Since I'm new to the website and several things seem to be broken (forum not working, blog hacked), I'm not sure it's supposed to be like that. But I'd find it very helpful! Just reading someone tackled "Chicken Little" doesn't…

I Want To See Who Liked An Activity
Either a pop-up, or some other way to see who it was who liked an activity, in the web version of the game. Currently, while I can see that for instance an activity has '1 like', as I already have two allies, I don't know who's actually done it. It would help when discussing things with my allies to not have to muddle through the awkwardness of sorting that out.

Items and inventory
I'd like an inventory section, with magic items and armor. Example:
One of my bad-guys is a multi-headed monster that tries to get me to do half a dozen things at once, which of course leads to me doing all of them badly and feeling overwhelmed and incompetent. But I can't let go of any of them because I'm afraid that if I put them on pause I'll forget to do them at all.

SuperBetter internationalization quests, powerups and badguys
Hello.
I noticed no direct way of internationalizating the tasks, abilities and the many more items one can found in superbetter in order to make it accessible for non-english users such as many of my friends.
Is there a way I could help? I am a project manager based in Brazil (GMT-2) with lots of experience on ditributed teams to solving IT software challenges.

Move the activity log so it's not the main focus of the dashboard
Hey I think it would be great if the activity log didn't take up most of the screen for the main page of the dashboard. Personally I don't find the activity log particularly interesting or helpful and I'm not really interested in scrolling through it most of the time, since I have usually just done whatever is showing up there, so I already know what it's going to say. Maybe it could be on a separate page that you have to click to get to, or at least on a side panel so it doesn't take up so much…

Allowing secondary resillience choices
Meaningful agency, right. I really misss being able to assign a primary AND and secondary resilience type when creating personalised quests, powerups and badguys.
Have you considered allowing this?
If not, what would be the argument against it?

Line Breaks not working in lists on Android
I have just started using the Android app.
It looks wonderful and will certainly be a great help for me.I have noticed that lists of optional activities run together,
eg.
make fists abd strrretchhh your hands into the airstand up and jump oncemake your legs dance in your chairstand up and walk around the roomNo capitalisation, no punctuation, no line breaks.
The first two could be by design but I didn't think the missing line breaks would be,1 vote -
Too many videos!
First off - WOW. Great job!
A few thoughts. Videos take time to watch and make noise. Fun graphics that gave me the gist at a glance would be cool. Also, you have way to much Jane. As much as I completely adore her work, it's a bit over the top in terms of avatar presence. It's like going to a yoga studio where the owner hung up 900 pictures of themselves.... I'd prefer an adorable robot or character that was animated. Fitocracy gets that right with Fred. Also, Creative Commons did a good job with that a few years…3 votesHi there,

The video needs music or something...
especially the ones that invite allies. The website is so fun and dynamic... but the intro video for getting allies is flat and nonplus. If I got that video in my inbox, I'd feel like my friend were asking for help instead of feeling like we could offer each other encouragement by being allies. The video makes it feel very one way. I feel like this might be why no one has responded to my ally requests via fb.

Accesability for website
Hello! I just wanted to say, I LOVE the premise of your app. There is nothing else like it! I felt like I couldn't do anything today, but your app totally helped!
A major issue I have with the site, however, is its lack of accessibility. I have a "thing" where bright neon lights will make me physically sick and left to recuperate for hours afterward.
I also have friends I wanted to recommend this app to friends, but the text choice makes it hard for them to read due to dyslexia. My recommendations are this:
