I have been really enjoying and benefiting from superbetter, I think many more people like me with ADHD would benefit from a Power pack designed for ADHD. Also maybe it could be added to the list of things I'm getting superbetter from? Thanks for the wonderful app and website no doubt it costs a lot to keep it going, your generosity is a beautiful display of kindness in a thankless world.

But SuperBetter already meets recommendations by both Dr Russel Barkley ("This is how you treat ADHD based off science, Dr Russell Barkley part of 2012 Burnett Lecture" video on Youtube) and Dr Hallowell (books called "Driven to Distraction" and "Delivered from Distraction", specifically the list of 50 tips for managing adult ADHD) for ADHD-specific adjustments needed to get things done & live well… Small tasks, frequent rewards, reminders & visual cues, etc.

The only ADHD-specific customizations I've made are

* adding a power up, "Listen do a healing song" (In Description field, I added "Try Different (The Fish Song) – A Song For ADHD Brains" from How to ADHD channel on Youtube)
* adding a Bad Guy, "The ClimbingFish Syndrome" based on that song, with specific strategies to battle it that I've figured out for my life circumstances.

Another vote for ADHD-PI help! I was trying to dream up an app to help my college age son harness community and family support to fill in where his pfc fails him. Thought of super better but looks like it may not be a good fit?

Just adding my support to the voices saying, "Bring on the ADHD Power Packs!"

@eric schwenke, are you still use superbetter with your adhd. i am not a native speaker, therefore i wasn´t sure if you talk about adhd without hyperactive. greets

I had the exact same thought! people with adhd will respond very well to how this site works and it would be great to see power packs relevant for adhd sufferers!

I stopped using SuperBetter because I couldn't figure out good quests, power-ups, missions, etc. I came back hoping to find that support had been developed, but found this feedback forum instead.

SuperBetter really could use several power-packs covering both children and adults and the various forms including not only ADHD, but also ADHD-PI (Predominately Inattentive) which is what I have and is very different from regular ADHD.
