Nested Quests
I'd like to request the ability to link user-generated quests together in quest chains similar to what is available in the power packs!
Maybe to add an extra button at the bottom of the quest creator screen to "add as linked quest" and then allow the user to select a previously created quest from a list of all the quests? (Including previously linked quests, not including standardized power pack quests.)
Once a quest is designated as linked, it could be hidden from the main quest screen just like other link-dependent quests from the standardized power packs, only visible when the…

Add progress bar option to quests that involve a tally or repeating a behavior a certain number of times per day, week, month, etc.
I want to use SB app to create/maintain healthy habits. Example exercise 200 times per year. There is an app called Progress that has progress bars. Something about seeing the progress bar move when you add to the tally makes you want to keep going. This would be nice feature for quests in SB.

Have player-made quests appear in To-Do sidebar?
Hello!
I find the To-Do sidebar that gives you check marks to be the most motivational thing that gets me to play superbetter every day (so helpful!).
However, I find myself glossing over and ignoring some potentially very useful quests that I have made for myself because they do not appear in the to-do bar and don't count toward the 3 quests a day for the checkmark. Would it be possible to create a function so that players can add their own powerpacks or individual quests that will appear in the bar and thus be more exciting to complete?
Thank…

Possible to mark Quests as partly done?
I often make Quests that are bigger tasks that take several days to get done; for instance, I might have "create an email list for my business" as a Quest, then spend several hours researching whether to do it old school or via Mailchimp, and several hours another day actually creating the list. There are also Quests from the Power Packs that work like that: for instance, a Quest in the "Being Awesome" Power Pack that involves asking 3 people what they like about you. If you don't have many close friends or have social anxiety getting to 3 can…

for "Mind Games" quest: add BrainHQ suggestion (there is very strong science behind it!+ free exercise available)
Why:
1, You already link to the BrainHQ co-founder's TED Talk in one of the quests, called "Your Plastic Brain".
- BrainHQ has a strong science behind it.
2.1. BrainHQ is the only program that meets all requirements of The Institute of Medicine’s Checklist for Brain Training
https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/institute-medicine-checklist-brain-training2.2. Specific research studies:
https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/information-researchersand results one might expect: https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/published-research
They have a FREE-for-all short daily exercise (The Daily Spark) - these are two sessions of one of their paid exercises, every day it's a different exercise.
It, conveniently, takes about 5min (except for Navigation exercise), so it totally meets your criteria…

Recurring quest
I want to go to gym 3 times a week. Is that a quest?
I have set one with recurring at 3 time a week. After I clicked "I did this" it never reappear again.
How do I set up a quest that appears until I completed the required times per week?

Avoiding personal responsibility?
Dear Support,
I noticed an issue with the article, https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/evolution-the-self/200809/the-path-unconditional-self-acceptance in that it states that your actions in the past are not your fault - they are just a product of biological urges and your background, and that you did the "best you possibly could." I believe this is the wrong approach because it advocates avoiding taking personal responsibility for your actions. This, in my experience, is disastrous to self-esteem because it makes you believe your life is out of your control and you don't really make your own choices; you're just somehow compelled to do things and don't really…

Make it possible to bulk delete bad guys, quests, etc.
I just came back from SuperBetter but I've got one big goal now instead of the many little goals I had set up. I'd like to be able to wipe everything clean (bad guys, quests, etc.) so I can start fresh with my new goal. It'd be so much easier than deleting them individually.

Completed/To do Quest filters
Currently there are only two ways to filter quests: current and past. When in current mode, the quests that have not been completed & ones that you have recently completed are in mixed order.
It would be so much easier to visualise and look through new quests by adding two more filters: completed and incomplete/to do.
Thanks for your time, hope you will introduce this.

Possibility to set reminders to do a quest by date.
I've added quests for myself which I want to do once a month or twice a year etc rather than on a weekly or daily basis and thought it would be awesome if I could set up a reminder to do them by date.

Quest stages
It would be helpful to track when quests are attempted but not successfully completed.

Choose your own quests
Let people choose their own quests they would like to complete. Now, some days I’ve done many more than 3 quests, but it doesn’t count for the to-do list. Sometimes a quest costs a bit more time or isn’t convenient to do on a certain day and in that case you can’t complete your to-do list on that day...

Create a safe place
Step 1: make a list of things you could use when you feel upset. For example: hugs, music, a walk through the park.
Step 2: make a drawing of your own safe place. For example: draw your piano, your cat, a wise owl, a warm fireplace, a park, the beach, a teddy bear for hugs, a fairy or wishing well or whatever else you feel you need in a time you’re experirncing rough emotions.
Step 3: use your imagination and practice stepping into your safe place every day this week, so you’ll be comfortable doing so when you need it.…

The Black Dog
Idea: put this video in a quest. It’s about depression. The quest could be: look at it and then decide what picture you feel describes how you are feeling best. Also, you could emphasize on the ending of the video: it will pass! You could have people take a look at the second video as well. It’s meant for the people around someone with a depression, so the quest could be to watch it together with someone. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XiCrniLQGYc https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=2VRRx7Mtep8

Display only non-completed Quests
It would be nice if the list of quests could be filtered to show only quests that I haven’t already completed. Otherwise it is unnecessarily difficult to find more things to do. What is the point in listing already-completed quests at all, anyway?
62 votesWhere is it showing completed quests? As of right now, it should only show completed things A) On the to do list, on the same day you did the quest and B) On the website, you can access completed quests by selecting the “Past” option from the dropdown (to see completed + skipped quests)

Being able to decide the number of points a custom quest/power up/bad guy gives
Being able to decide the number of points a custom quest/power up/bad guy gives.
And being able to decide for multiple kind of resilience points.
To avoid astronomic numbers you can chose a limit (ex. between +1 and +10), or even better, let members vote the reward and apply the average.25 votes
