Please, before banning someone from the forum warn them and clarify what they are doing wrong, so they get a change to change their behaviour. After all, Superbetter is about behavioural change. (I was banned upon posting for the first time, have no clue what I did wrong and did not get any answers from customer support when I asked for the reasons. Not a good experience).
