Multiple times a day powerups
I'd love it if you could have a type of power up that should happen multiple times in one day -- like drinking water 8 glasses a day. Maybe it can show "2 out of 8 checkins today" or similar with a pie shape (which would go with the color wheel scheme).

Thanks for letting us know about this post! Gradually speed up or slowdown is so essential for sustainability! Recently, I visited this website https://flirtymania.com/ar/p for having random videos with the desired girls around the word. They have a large collection of wonderful girls women to make your days happier!
The ability to list multiple epic wins as an umbrella
with quests or sub quests organized toward that epic win.
For example, if my epic win is to get a new job my sub quests could be 'rewrite resume', 'send out 5 resumes today', 'do a cold call', etc.
Right now we can make quests that cover our goals, but it feels less organized. It would also help to have multiple epic wins because we are often working on several specific larger goals at once.
I love the app but at times I can write out my epic wins in a notebook and work backward, listing the quests and sub quests. I like the forums and graphical nature of the app and portability, but I think the above suggestions would be a major plus because it would increase clarity of getting to your epic win and enhance the sense of progression
One last idea. Bosses. Bad guys that are really tough, but there is a connotation with a boss that there are patterns I can learn to adapt my strategy to defeat them.
For example, in an RPG often you are thrown into boss battle that you connotation win, the game designers purposely have you lose at first. But you are meant to go through other battles, find other allies and learn special skills. Later in the game what was meant seem impossible isn't , you just didn't have the experience.
Bad guys are like the minions you tend to encounter over and over, but a boss is bigger. Maybe a Boss is just another way looking at a quest but the one metaphor may resonate better with one person over another.
just some thoughts.
thank you for your time and attention.
I agree with Tuxedoville odjustable frequency of powerups

Yes, I totally agree. There are many times that I wish there were "check ins per day" vs "total times since started"
Just offer a default frequency with the option to adjust.
I also agree with Charlotte from below, and to add to the appeal of this app from my perception is the simplicity, if it expects too much... 8 times a day!!! Would scare me away!! It's about doing it even just once in a day and if u are an over achiever then that's great. But just starting out I think it's important to not expect too much
3 meals a day would be nice too. Being in collage I know I'm not the only one who doesn't always eat 3 meals a day.
That is a great idea! It's a nice little reminder that its time to do something for yourself
For someone like me who literally gets trapped in their own head without external motivations, having the customizable feature of repeatable quests would be incredibly useful and empowering.
I agree with Charlotte -- If it is not customisable from the get-go, it would be less useful. I have a few different ones that are 10 times or even 16-20 times a day. For now, they just clutter my activity feed.

I think this could be a great idea - but with the caveat of being able to adjust the goal number. The example of "8 glasses of water" is indicative of why an adjustment would be needed as it's very rare that one size would fit all - The original 8 glasses theory did not, for example, take into account fluid from foods, a persons weight, activity levels or that it's a dermatoligical reccomendation ;)
Still I would like to see such a thing implemented, even if having to wait for the customisable element afterwards.
The "2 out of 8" example would be great for some quests, too.
Nice idea. You could use this for the standing up and walking around once an hour thing too.
Smart thought -- thanks!
