three different logins
Kinda silly that SB needs three separate logins. There is the one for SB, the forums and feedback. Would be great to somehow consolidate these.

ok button Bad Guys
In the web interface, while the Ok button for Power Ups work every time, the Ok button for Bad Guys behaves very erratically, sometimes working immediately, other times needing many multiple clicks.
With Power ups, I am talking about the Ok button in the Javascript window generated after clicking, "I did this". For Bad Guys, I am talking about the Ok button in the Javascript window generated after clicking, "I battled this"

Word missing from description of Pervasio Universio bad guy.
"Description:
This Bad Guy tries to convince you that every setback universal implications—that is, every small problem is a symptom of something larger."It seems the word "has" should go between "every setback" and "universal implications".

Variety is the spice of life.
I thought the app would have new and different things to try each day. It feels like being stuck in a rut when you just keep seeing the same activities, quests, and bad guys.

'Comments' on activity are really hard to post successfully.
I want to leave comments on my activity (battling bad guys, quests, etc) so I can scan my activity wall and remind myself WHAT I did that time that was awesome. I click 'comment,' it gives me a text box. I type in the text box and hit enter, and ... nothing happens. I tried using a separate browser to hit the site again and the comment is there -- except when it isn't. There is no "Your comment has posted!" notification, no "click here to post" button, or anything else that would help me figure out that I HAVE…

The 'My Activity' feed and the 'Ally' feed should look different
Specifically, my 'Ally' feed SHOULD NOT have anything from me in it! It makes it really hard to find my Ally activity.
I don't mind if their stuff shows up in my feed by default, though a 'just me' button might not be bad.
Also, definitely expand comments by default SO I CAN READ THEM. Making it a click-to option makes it very hard for me to make myself do it, given the particular Bad Guys I battle. At least, a setting somewhere where I can choose to have them auto-expand?

I love SuperBetter!
In fact, I love it so much that I have been recommending it to all my friends and use it daily (of course!).
I have worked with personal leadership for many years and I recognize SuperBetter as an excellent structure for getting to do the things you want to achieve in life.
Here is my question: How can I help?
I live in Sweden, and would love to be a part of bringing this to a wider audience. Are you hiring? Can I volunteer?
Hope you have a good day,
Best regards, Andrea Söderberg3 votes -
Easier ally-adding -- not just email, and not just one-on-one
Right now I can only add allies one at a time, and only if I know their real-world email. I'd like to be able to (a) use someone's SuperBetter username to add them by clicking through on the site, and separately to (b) post a general link to, for example, twitter, that anyone clicking on it (and more than one person) can by simple clickthrough become my ally.

"Physical Resilience in 5 Minutes a day" starter quest
Hi, the link in the "Physical Resilience in 5 Minutes a day" starter quest is dead. The New York Times online article it links to doesn't exist at this URL anymore. Just thought you might want to know. :)

Make it possible to see the stats for more than just one ally
I can only see the activities and goals and information for ONE ally. I cannot see any information for my subsequent allies. Make it possible to switch which ally's stats people are seeing.

Confirm epic win
When you complete a quest, a power-up, or a bad guy, you have a screen to confirm. I have now accidentally clicked on my epic win twice and been congratulated for a misclick. Please make us confirm that it's actually done.

Switch 'Activity' filter in Hero vs Ally mode.
Currently, when in Hero mode you see all the activities of heroes who have you as their ally, however when you go into 'ally' mode - before you select any given hero - you only see YOUR activity.
I propose these be switched. When I'm in "Hero" mode, the focus should be on me and my challenges and improvements (plus anything my allies directly do to/for me - like suggesting quests). I shouldn't see and Heros who are my allies' quests and power up unless I switch to Ally Mode.
I bring this up because one of my allies (Guinevere)…

I think you need to look at what Daily Challenge and Mindbloom are doing game-wise and incorporate it into SB to improve gaming experience.
I love this concept and the research that's been done, but I find the interface frustrating and the game aspects of SB to be somewhat lacking. I went to Mindbloom http://www.mindbloom.com and Daily Challenge http://www.dailychallenge and I really like aspects of both sites, especially as it pertains to interface and game play. I would like to see more of that incorporated into SB. I find myself going to SB less and the others more, but there are things specific to SB that I really like and I don't want to abandon the site.

Anonymity is the spiritual foundaion of all 12 step programs.
When I read "invenotries" I went looking for 4th & 10th step inventories. Oh well, that not what you mean. I'd love to suggest SuperBetter to many different 12 step recovery programs, if only I understood how to respect the 12 Traditions that keep each program together. Each of the 12 Step programs have their singleness of purpose too. The quest for recovery in 12 step programs really fit with this wonderful SuperBetter site. It's a nice site to help me loose some weight, but man oh man, I want to see it used for so much more! Considerng, it's…

Persistent Error: Server code 500
Server error code 500 comes up very frequently when doing a variety of things, from adding bad guys to activating power ups to reading science cards. Sometimes the action silently completes (without confirmation) despite the error, as with battling bad guys, but sometimes it does not, as when adding a new bad guy. It is really distracting and makes it difficult to get the full benefit from this app.
I'm using an iPhone 4 on the latest iOS update. I've tried restarting the app but saw no improvement.
306 votesAs of August 30th we’ve moved the infrastructure to Amazon AWS and many of these problems are being addressed. We’ll be keeping an eye on this, but know that we’re watching.
Thanks!
