Anonymity is the spiritual foundaion of all 12 step programs.
When I read "invenotries" I went looking for 4th & 10th step inventories. Oh well, that not what you mean. I'd love to suggest SuperBetter to many different 12 step recovery programs, if only I understood how to respect the 12 Traditions that keep each program together. Each of the 12 Step programs have their singleness of purpose too. The quest for recovery in 12 step programs really fit with this wonderful SuperBetter site. It's a nice site to help me loose some weight, but man oh man, I want to see it used for so much more! Considerng, it's only 164 pages, its not much to ask of anyone to read the basic text "Alcoholic Anonyous." Clearly it's one of the most important life saving books of the last 100 years.

AA is not the only way. Hell only 5% of people never drink again. It’s no secret that a large percentage of the population is addicted to something and with all the crap I see on social media anonymity is for the most part non existent. I would not discourage any one from trying SuperBetter to battle alcohol.
