To Do list not recognizing quest completion
I have daily questions that don't include reminders every day. When I complete them*, they don't get "checked off" the To Do list.
*Initially I assumed that I had not fully indicated their completion, but that wasn't the problem.

Maybe this request isn't being looked at because it's been marked 'Completed'? I'm going to start a new one, you guys!

Hi guys, your quest is not completed - keep going, you can do it! ;) I'm getting this problem - just found I can set my time zone and it's resurrected all the Quests I ticked off as completed yesterday - I'm going to just tick them again but it does seem to happen a lot. Also, completed Quests keep showing up when they are one-time-only and marked Completed when I View them. Thanks!

This problem exist for me as of today. Also, not seeing any admin/tech replies. Has anyone see them at all since starting your battles?

Why is this issue "completed" when people still experience the problem? I am having this problem today - 4/1/2013.

I am also experiencing this issue. When I complete a quest in HQ it does not show up in the total quests completed for today.

The daily quests still do not appear as completed for that day once checked off.

In my To Do list on the Activity page, the power-ups and bad guy listings correctly update in real time. The Quests do not (even if I refresh the page).
The Quests tally shows yesterday's value and doesn't acknowledge that I've done anything today. The specific listing of quests completed (that have lines struck through them with checkmarks) is also not updating at all. It only shows the first three quests I completed.

I'm also wondering about this. I have the same question as Helena. It seemed to reset based on Pacific Standard Time.

yey, it reset, but it is 8 am here - shouldn't it reflect time zones?
