Hi there! To level up, you need to keep increasing your peak resilience score. You do this by activating power ups, battling bad guys, and completing quests. It’s not a linear scale, so you just have to keep playing to level up! :)

Right now it’s hard to be below peak if you’re an active player. Your resilience will only go down if you don’t do an activity that boosts it for several days, or if you take an inventory in the Secret Lab and report that you’re not feeling well.

This seems a bit flukey (we’re not able to reproduce getting sent to your own info when you’re in ally mode) – but we totally agree that ally mode needs some serious TLC. That’s why we’re redesigning it from the ground up – stay tuned!

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the feedback. We’ll keep this in mind!
An error occurred while saving the comment CookieMonster commentedThis is a good idea, I've noticed a similar thing, I think streamlining the entry process almost like Dropbox does at www.dropbox.com. I have no idea why that's always the example that comes to mind, but it's a good one. As much as I try and have faith in people, they have short attention spans, so breaking each step down to a couple of sentences and a task to complete may be better.
I'm going to introduce a couple new people to the site, so we'll see how they react.

We’re having a gigantic meeting about how to make Power Packs more awesome, and are definitely considering enabling people to create their own Power Packs. It’s quite tricky/costly to develop, though, so we’re considering a model where you could pay some small amount of money to create your own Power Pack (complete with custom quest sequences, power-ups, bad guys, and icons), and then a slightly larger amount of money to create a Power Pack that you could then share with your friends and family.
In terms of random quests – we love that idea too! We’ll definitely be discussing it at our meeting :)

This has been a great conversation, and we appreciate the different perspectives offered here in the comments. We’ll keep these notes in mind when we approach future video content.
An error occurred while saving the comment CookieMonster commentedWhile I noticed what you're talking about, that's just what Jane looks like. If you're going to talk about self-acceptance, you have to apply it to everyone. And let's be fair. Her "unnecessary cleavage" is under a track jacket, she's not exactly dressed in clubwear.
Hi Jessica, thanks for the reply. But the issue is not knowing how far one is from the next level, or what's needed to get there. Isn't the whole point of SB to give you a way to quantify your progress so you can see what you're working toward?
