Randomize Reminder Alarms
Studies have shown people are more prone to respond to reminders if they aren't routine, if they have a random element to them. Offering a timeframe during which users might be reminded or a number of days ("remind me about every 3 days" would trigger reminders with an average of 3 days, maybe on the 3rd, 6th, 7th, 10th, and 15th day after) would be more effective.

Add a powerpack for anorexia/eating disorder recovery?
The body positivity pack is nice, but it would be useful to have bad guys like Thinspo and powerups for eating healthy foods and stuff. Specifically catering to those recovering from anorexia or bulimia or the like.

Make an online Journal!
I'm very new to this website, and I am loving it! However, one of the quests mention writing in your journal about your comfort zone. Why not have a feature on here to let us keep a journal? I'm sure that it would be difficult to afford to let everyone have an online link for a journal, but you could create a downloadable app for the computer that opens up something similar to notepad?

Open source SuperBetter
Make the apps (and maybe the website, separately?) open source in a collaborative setting like GitHub, where you can review contributions.
I love the idea, even though the Android app desperately needs work. I absolutely understand you can only do so much, but, as a developer, I would happily put in time to help add improvements, and other community members may, too.

Anger Power Pack
I know a few people who have anger management issues. I think it would be great if there were a power pack for dealing with anger specifically, because I am someone who doesn't have anger issues, and I have no idea how to help them.
29 votesThanks for the suggestion! I’ve sent it on to our power pack director for review. :)

Capture how hard the battle was
It would nice to specify how challenging the battle was. On some days, though I won the battle, it was an easy win. But on some other days, I might have had to really struggle hard to win the battle and I endured. Getting that captured might make me feel extra special about having made it through

Hoarding Powerpack
The affects of hoarding are becoming increasingly well know due to tv shows and media attention. I work at a mental health agency and know a couple of clients who struggle with it. A think a powerpack with quests to help prevent and prevail from hoarding would be useful for many.

More than just health goals
Hey Jane and others! I'm loving SuperBetter. I found it after watching Jane's talk on TED.com. I'm thinking this applies to so much more than just health goals. Are there plans in the works to expand the application of this game model? I can see it as a way to deal with numerous types of goals - bad habits (not health related), academic goals, relationship goals, travel goals...I'm guessing the possibilities are limitless.
Thanks for coming up with this. It's awesome!

"Activated" power-ups for habit building
I feel like there are two types of power-ups - things we do and things we maintain every day or build into habits. It would be nice to have a distinction, so that feel good/productive/learning/energizing power ups would say "I did this!" but habit power ups would simply be "activated" - like once you do a power up 5 out of 7 days in a row, or 90% of the time it would just be highlighted and glow because it is up and running. This might work best if power ups or at least habit power ups were displayed in…

Clicking on links in activity takes me to... activity?
I have to check and see if this happens on my activity page as well but when on my ally's activity page I sometimes click on bad guys or power-ups I don't know and expect I will go to the page that explains what they are... but instead I go back to the activity page. D'oh!

It would be great if I could add a forum friend directly as an ally, instead of needing to request their email.
It would be great if I could request a forum friend directly as an ally, rather than having to ask them for their (off-site) email address in order to send them a request.

Bio or Info Page for Heroes
It would be awesome if I could post a short bio or info blip about myself and why I'm working toward my particular epic win someplace that my allies could see.

Show a "bar" of Award Icons for visual Feedback
My suggestion ist to show a bar of the "highest" achievement / award in categories. So that when you get a new award, it is visible. The list is Ok... I suppose, just to see in toto what you have.
I often miss that I got an award, so the immeadiate Feedback is missing for me. But if the icon were to change in a visible place then the thrill would be immeadiate (yeh- immeadiate gratification.... ;-) )
A further refinement could be to be able to choose the awards categories to display, as well as one, two, three "slots"…28 votes -
Android version!
Loved your TED talk, love this idea both for myself and my psychotherapy clients - but I'm an android user. Any plans to make this available on that platform?

Anonymous Allies
I absolutely love this app, and I certainly buy into the science that third party support "Allies" is crucial for any person. I think many users would benefit from some sort of 'anonymous ally' system, where users seeking similar (or complementary) SuperBetter-ness could give mutual encouragement, giving the option to maintain a level of privacy in one's personal life.

Ability to organize power ups
I would like to long press a power up and then move it anywhere in the stack. This would allow me to organize in a logical manner.

I would like to have the option to view Quests, Power-Ups and Bad Guys in a Grid format instead of a List.
As you play more, the lists of Bad Guys, Quests, and Power-Ups can get long. Having the choice to view these in a grid format instead of a list can save from searching and scrolling through the list.
