It would be great if there could be posting/commenting/note-taking/or discussion option for each individual badguy. I find that as I continue to play the game, I get evolving insights into the characteristics of each badguy and what it takes to defeat them. It would be helpful to be able to record this!
Alternatively, you could provide a labelling function for each activity post on the main page of the dashboard, and show those posts labelled with the given category (e.g. "badguys") in that category's subpage.
Thanks and keep up the great work!4 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! We’ll keep this in mind for future development. In the meantime, you can always make notes to yourself in the Notes function on your Secret Lab (click on the icon with the lightning bolt below the SB logo to access your secret lab.) Your allies can’t view your secret lab, so if you wanted to discuss strategies with them, you could use your activity wall on your HQ, or create a group on the SuperBetter Community for you and your allies (you can make your group private if you want.) Please let me know if you need any help with any of these suggestions!
It confused me when the opening page didn't say that this was to familiarize us with the process of Super Better, and instead it seemed like it launched me straight into a very very simplistic game. Might want to label it "tutorial".2 votes
Since accessing some stuff via facebook seemed to fail, I wanted to enter a password or something and there doesn't appear to be any way to do that. Editing my profile seemed like a place ot start, but it isn't working.4 votes
When editing an ally mission both save buttons (textual one and button one) as well as the cancel button do nothing. And the '<-- view' link has a wrong url. It goes to /heroes/<myid>/alliances.<allianceid> instead of /heroes/<myid>/alliances/<allianceid>3 votes
We’ve actually decided to remove that field, which is why you’re not able to save it (it’s throwing an error behind the scenes). It should vanish soon!
How do I do it? Is there a way to make it easier?3 votes
We’re hard at work fixing this bug! Soon we will have a fully-functioning “Remove Power Pack” feature available in the “My Power Packs” section of your Secret Lab. (The button there now does not yet work. Soon!)
For now, email email@example.com to get your account wiped clean. In that email, please send along your account username (which is sometimes different than your SB Community username). After that, you can add back the new power packs you want to use. Thanks!
It would be really cool if we could send quests or power ups to our allies to challenge them.4 votes
If your ally wants to become a hero, you can do this by having them add you as their ally. That way you can build each other up!
'Specify Your Epic Win' isn't there.. It's clicking on the ??? under 'So I Can', right? - btw thank you guys very much2 votes
Hmm! That fix should have gone out – I’m looking into it now. Thanks for the catch :)
A couple comments about the "My Profile" in the forum. The first would be that the text input boxes for some of the items are two small; e.g., for "bio" -- you get a box which could hold a couple words! The second would be that when you go to "My Profile", you start on the Visitor Messages tab rather than the "About Me" tab. That doesn't seem to make much sense. If it matters, I'm using Chrome at the moment.1 vote
I just reset the controls for the user profiles in the forums, so all the fields should allow for longer input. As for starting on the “Visitor Messages” tab, that is the way the forum software is set up – I’ll investigate it, but it may not be customizable. :) Thank you!
tried to change my health goal and now I can't specify anything when I click on the health goal button.1 vote
To change your health goal, click on your existing goal (under where it says “I’m getting super better at”), and then click the edit button, which should be to the right of the grey banner. You should then be able to click the Illness/Injury button or the Health Goal button and choose a new area from the dropdown list. Please let me know if this doesn’t work!
My ally sent me an achievement. I can read the title, but when I click on it, the attached message does not appear.1 vote
When I clicked the link to read about Zombie Programs, it instead takes me to the article about Emotional Vampires.1 vote
Thanks for letting us know! We’ll get this fixed.
On the FAQ page, the description of "How long does it take to win SuperBetter" doesn't seem to correspond to the rest of the game. Are the seven solo missions the same as seven quests? Does "collective adventure" refer to the process of playing the game with allies, or is a collective adventure more like a quest in that it needs to be defined and then tracked through to completion? Is the Secret Lab the same as Secret Headquarters?1 vote
You’re right! We used to call the introductory quests you get from SuperBetter “missions” – we’ll fix that! In terms of collective adventure, that’s just what we like to call the journey of getting SuperBetter – an adventure you undertake with your allies towards some epic goal. Your Secret Lab is not the same as your Secret HQ. Your Secret Lab is a private space only YOU can see. You can access it by clicking one of the bluegreen circles in the illustration bar of your Secret HQ (beneath the logo!). Let me know if that helps :)
I was trying to follow the quests for an powerpack and it has 3 related quests that make you journal. It saved just fine for the first quest. I spent a lot of time and thought writing out the second one and when I came back it wasn't there. So I redid it and made sure I saved it. When I came back again THAT set of changes was gone too. It just refuses to save it if I add very much more. What should I do? Can you get rid of the lenght limit if there is one?1 vote
I’ll look into the length limit – in the mean time, would it work to just create a new note each time you want to add an update?

Can you tell us more about what this means?
See above. Getting a bit frustrated with the lack of response!3 votes
We’re a very small company, and we do the best we can, although I’m sorry to hear about your frustrations. Please send me an email at jessica [at] superbetter [dot] com and I’ll see if I can help you out.

If you signed up for the private beta/sneak peek and used SuperBetter before March, you’ll need to create a new account. If that’s not the issue, let me know a bit more information and I’ll see how we can help :)
The community pages encourage you to view the faq right off the bat, but there is too much information -- there needs to be a gentler introduction to it. If nothing else, have the first question in the faq be "How do I get started."1 vote
In the SB Community, we have posts in the SuperBetter Basics forum to help you get started (https://forums.superbetter.com/forumdisplay.php?1-SuperBetter-Basics). We’ll add something about how to get started right away to this forum, as a simple introduction. Thank you!
The resend button doesn't give any visual feedback (or is broken for me?) it would be good to have a message.
