Bad guy “badges of honor”
I think the bad guy encounters could be made more engaging and immersive by including some way to either “take damage” or get rewards that are specific to any encounter with a bad guy. I think the point of the current setup was that losing points is discouraging and might not be a good idea for people who are genuinely struggling with something heavy. To be honest I agree with that line of thinking and I wouldn’t want to lose any of the points that I’m making from quests either, that would nullify my other successes in a sense. So…

Combine repeating quests
Hi,
I am a new user and downloaded a few power packs and realized that some of the quests are repeated in the power packs. All these quests or power-ups or bad guys show up as an individual entry with the logo of the power up. I now have 3 quests with the same title associated with a different power up. Also, my quest page still shows all the quests i completed today. My quest page is getting tremendously long and i am getting lost in the feed. It would be better to combine same quests from different packs and…3 votes -
Make Daily # of Quests, Power-ups and Bad guys Customizable
I love that the app challenges you to do 3 Power-ups, 1 Bad guy and 3 Quests every day. Some of us may get to a point where we can achieve that # quite easily. It would be neat if we could have the option to increase the challenge level, such as 5 Quests, 2 Bad Guys, 5 Power-ups, etc.

Accessability feedback
Dear Superbetter team,
My name is Eli. I've had a very positive experience with Superbetter, and it's been something that helped me a great deal with my severe depression. I'm still not able to operate at a "normal" level, not that that's a useful concept, but I do feel more positive on a day to day basis.
However, I have noticed things about the site that aren't ideal. I'm not physically disabled myself, but it seems like many of the quests, power ups, and other actions specifically require a physically healthy and completely mobile body to accomplish.
The other thing…

Activating my daily powerups on website
I work on computer all day. I am sure there are many more like me. It is impractical and unproductive to reach out to my phone every hour to activate the power ups that I did during last hour. Having that capability on the website will be helpful so I can quickly activate it without opening my phone. Thank you!

Clearer journey
I'm just getting started with SB. IMHO, your concept is beautiful. As a new user, I can feel the heart that has gone in to the creation of your platform.
As a professional digital product person, the journey I'm supposed to be following feels a bit unclear.
While I understand you want me to have options for my personal experience, I imagine users are experiencing some paralysis of choice because it isn't clear what they should do next.
Just an early observation... I'll keep going.
With all respect,
Cam

Change the Challenge wording
I asked for help naming my challenge and someone on Facebook suggested to me that we are getting super better "AT" [blank]. That is a much different approach than getting super better "FROM" [blank], like the dashboard says. I think it opens up new possibilities. I would like the choice to change between the two when you make your epic win. Or better yet add the third field. "I am doing (or I'm getting super better at) [blank] to get Super Better from [blank] so I can [blank]."

Get rid of food fear
A lot of people with eating disorders might also be downloading this for anxiety. I think it would be good to get rid of language demonizing weight gain and calling foods or drinks “bad” because it’s triggering language (intuitive eating therapists could be a help on this) and actually encourages food anxieties. We can encourage healthy activities without fear “ex: move in a way that makes you happy”. I’ll be leaving this app until that’s changed.

Delete option for uploaded images
I would like to be able to have the choice of using the default images that come with the power packs or images I have uploaded myself.
It is very frustrating that once you have uploaded an image to a power-up or bad guy that you can never have the option to use the default image again, only change the user uploaded image.
If a power pack that contains the user uploaded images is removed or deleted, when it is restored the user uploaded images are still visable.
I would like this to be changed (having the deleted pack remove…

Screen rotate option
I’ve just downloaded the app and have realised that the apps screen does not turn. I think it would be beneficial and just good to have the option for the screen to rotate as it would also make it easier to use some aspects of the app. The bottom of my screen doesn’t work due to a technical glitch therefore meaning that I cannot us most aspects of the app which is a real shame because I was really looking forwards to using it.

Customizable Point System
It feels essential to me to have a point system that is customizable. Each quest and power-up that I create does not have the same difficulty level and therefore should not have the same amount of points rewarded for completion. Please add this feature! And thank you for creating this.

Hard to Keep Track of Allies
It is super difficult to find how to look at allies profiles and activity to check in on their progress. Can you design that to be obvious and convenient? Thanks
