Accessability feedback
Dear Superbetter team,
My name is Eli. I've had a very positive experience with Superbetter, and it's been something that helped me a great deal with my severe depression. I'm still not able to operate at a "normal" level, not that that's a useful concept, but I do feel more positive on a day to day basis.
However, I have noticed things about the site that aren't ideal. I'm not physically disabled myself, but it seems like many of the quests, power ups, and other actions specifically require a physically healthy and completely mobile body to accomplish.
The other thing I've noticed is that many of the options have a presumption of financial safety. As someone currently very poor and who has been homeless in the past, there are certain quests and power ups that are incredibly difficult to do for me, and would have been impossible in the past, largely for financial reasons.
Don't get me wrong, Superbetter has still been incredibly valuable for me. But I also feel like there are ways to make it even more valuable to even more people.
Thank you for what you've created.
-Eli Jeschke.
