As of August 30th we’ve moved the infrastructure to Amazon AWS and many of these problems are being addressed. We’ll be keeping an eye on this, but know that we’re watching.

I agree. Some days just making it through without hurting myself is an epic win. I simply have days (too many right now) where I'm lucky to wake up or get out of bed. I have a lot of quests, power ups & bad guys I can't address because I don't feel anything. It's difficult to make lists of good things when there is nothing but emptiness consuming me. It's those days where I need a way for my allies to help me or check on me - when I don't have the will or capability to do it myself. I admit I get scared of myself sometimes and my disease prevents me from reaching out for help when I really need it the most - it could help to save a life to have a "bad day" notification incorporated somehow. Thank you for the idea.
