How can we improve SuperBetter?

    Hi, My name is Jayson Powers, I've contacted Jane M. on Facebook, left a extremely long explanation, anyhow, I'm wanting to give an android port of the website, I have all the time in the world, if you see me popping from place to place on the site, I'm just getting a layout, no hacking, lol.   3. More like a game, less like doing work.

    I don't need a character walking around in a 3D world or anything, but when I play other simple games on my phone, I feel like there is a celebration when I do well and progress. On the other hand, when I go through the process of getting a power-up in the SuperBetter app, it feels like I'm using project planning software, or something. It starts to feel like a chore, without much fanfare.

    The colorful burst when I get resilience points is nice, but then it's gone and I don't see my points added to anything.

    I think players ought to be able to award achievements to themselves. Being able to validate yourself instead of always looking to others for support and recognition is healthy.

  8. Secret lab/self compassion - Broken link

    In the secret lab for self compassion, there is a link to Dr Kristin Neff's research (first link on the page).

    I clicked it and it brings me here "http://www.utexas.edu/its/webspace/" where the following text appears :

    "WebSpace was retired from service on May 22, 2014. WebSpace was a legacy online file storage and sharing service. UTBox and Google Drive/Sites through UTmail are two new options available to The University of Texas at Austin community for cloud collaboration and storage.   9. Improve the Android app please.

    The website is so much better! The design and layout for the app is confusing. And where is the to do list? I love the website, but an app would be easier and I'd love to be able to say I don't regret spending the five dollars.

  11. Create a better reward

    Create a better reward for completing a power pack, etc. A simple checklist with boxes that you can check off, and then a clearerPoint system or reward system. The current symbols don't make any sense. And the numbers do not reflect completed tasks.

  12. Sorting Quests

    First of all, thank you so much for super better. I have just begun and I can already tell that this is going to literally change my life. It is exactly what I needed to help me overcome the self defeating habits I have developed and break free from the depression that has been holding me back my whole life. I can't wait to share it with my therapist.
    I just wanted to make one suggestion. On the quests page completed quests are all mixed in with quests I still have to do. If there was a way to sort…

  13. Adding more power packs

    I would really appreciate it if you guys could add more power packs. I've noticed you only have about 15 or so. Many other users feel the same way judging from the comments. I think everyone would really enjoy if you added a few more especially since we paid 4 dollars for the app! Thank you so much, have a great day!

  15. Bad Guy Confusion

    I clicked on the 'wishing you could fly' Bad Guy and it states to
    Vanquish with "The Sweet Spot" but I've got no idea what or where this
    is! Let alone understand what that even means, can anyone help? When I try contacting Superbetter they say they're off grid.
