How can we improve SuperBetter?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Award Your Hero... icons not showing!

    When I go to award an achievement to my ally, I can put in the title and text and pic the color with no problem. I have the option to pick an icon but it doesn't display the icons so I have no idea which one I am picking. :(

    This is in Firefox 12.0 on Mac. Haven't tried on Windows yet. Shut off my adblocker and flashblocker and still no luck.

  2. Show what the secret files are in the level overview

    I'd like to be able to see what the secret files are in the overview so I could get to one I want to revisit without trying every level.

  3. arrangement of achievements on the achievements page

    I understand that the achievements are currently ordered chronologically but it might also be nice to have the option of arranging them in terms of their function so that I can see which areas I have achieved the most in and which areas may need more work.

    Keep up the great work. SuperBetter is already making me feel superbetter! :D

  4. Bug- Can't see suggestions or acheivments from my allies

    I used to be able to see suggestions my allies had sent me, but now I have an e-mail saying a quest has been sent, but nothing on my SB hero screen.

  5. Viewing Level secret files

    Let me start by saying I quite like Superbetter! Its a fun way to experience a new way of getting to your goals! However, I also found a way to "cheat". You may already be aware, but in case you are not:
    On my way to my "epic win" I reached level 7 today and was wondering what those levels meant. I discovered the links to the secret files and new moves associated to each new level.     SB awarded me an achievement but I have no idea what it is because it links to the activities page (#)

    I got this on my first day of using SuperBetter, but the decsription says it takes 3 weeks of use at least to acheive

  8. Bug: achievement only keeps 255 characters

    I've written a few achievements to my hero and noticed that the description is truncated after 255 characters when I view it on the Achievements page. I am unsure whether the full text is captured in the email notification. If the intent is to limit the length that this field can be, UI constraints should be added to let people know that they need to word the description so that it fits. It'd bad form when the hero can only see a fraction of the light being shone. If the intent is to allow users to enter unlimited length descriptions…

  9. I can only see that I got an achievement, but not what it means

    I noticed that when I'm an ally, I can go to my hero's page and there's a menu option to see their achievements, but when I'm on my own hero page, there isn't a menu option to see my achievements and when I click on an achievement earned in my activity stream, nothing happens. I'd like to be able to see what the achievement means on my own hero page.

    Please can the SuperHero have a link on their front page for achievements

    I can go to this page manually and my ally has a link to this page on the left hand side of his screen. Could the superheros have this too please?

    Hi Cara,

    If you click on your name on your HQ, this will take you to your profile, where there is a left-side link for Achievements. It is a bit buried, so we’ll keep this in mind for future development! Please let me know if you have any trouble!

  12. Sort achievements in descending order

    I think it would be useful to sort achievements by descending order by the time they are awarded. This will help stop stale achievements from appearing at the top of the page.
