  1. Broken Hyper-links

    Well, first off, the grey text in the title box in this feedback form goes off the screen (Enter your idea or feedback - please look through the existing categories befor-)

    And secondly, in my hero's activity log (for lack of a better term) all bad guys, quests, etc. are hyper-linked, however all over these hyper-links appear to be broken and don't get you anywhere

  2. Tracker "begin" button not working

    I just wanted to let you guys know that while I love this program... I got one compliant. The "begin" button isn't working on the tracker portion on the secret lab. It won't work on either my laptop or smartphone

  3. Phone App

    You guys have created an awesome program! I think it would be really beneficial to make a phone app for iphone AND android so that people can update on the go, and fight their bad guys then and there.

  4. Activity Wall - easier to read

    Hello, as I look at my Activity Wall, everything looks the same. My picture with some text. Can we change the picture to one associated with whatever that post is for? For example, if I defeat a bad guy, there should be some happy icon, or the photo I uploaded with the bad guy at the least. If I lose to a bad guy, some sad face or something would be nice. Achievements should have the universal trophy icon. Make it more like a game!

    One more thing. I posted on my Ally's wall and it appeared on my Activity…

  5. Build more functionality with tracking goals.

    Track calories, workout time, checking for places, checking for events, power pack sharing so that you can see what others are doing and just add them to yours if you like them. Option to post achievements on facebook if desired.

  6. Make the Trackers area of the Secret Lab cross browser compatible

    The Tracker area of the Secret Lab works in Internet Explorer, but not in Chrome.

  7. In the to-do list, typo after battling multiple bad guys

    Typo:
    When I complete multiple quests, my To Do list says "5 QUESTS COMPLETED!", but the pluralization for "Bad Guy" isn't done correctly when I've battled multiple bad guys. (ex: "2 BAD GUY BATTLED!" rather than "2 BAD GUYS BATTLED!")

  8. Invitations link doesn't work

    On chrome, sometimes clicking the invitations link at the top of the screen does nothing. In general, your UI should be everything accessible from a single screen.

  10. Bug: I seem to have a quest that won't delete! Or show completed!

    I have a quest that is set on one time use and it won't complete. I tried 5-8 to click it off as done and I have also tried to delete it. Nothing seems to work. Any advice?

  11. My ally suggested a check-in but there is nothing on the site!

    I got an email from superbetter.com saying my ally "suggested a Check In." and to click the link "Go to your Secret Headquarters to see what it is."

    I clicked the link... and there is nothing there. Where do I find this?

    Hmm. That’s incredibly peculiar. What happens if you change the last part of the URL while you’re at your Secret HQ to be /suggestions instead of /secret_hq (I think that’s what it is, might be slightly different). That is the hard link directly to your suggestions page. Does anything show up?

    OLDER RESPONSE——
    On the left hand side of your secret HQ, there should be a link that says SUGGESTIONS (in the same place as the links that say ACTIVITY, QUESTS, ALLIES, etc). When you click that, you should be able to see the suggestions. Let me know if it’s not working!

  13. Multiples of the same quests

    When I started I had a whole list of quests for creating my epic win, my first bad guy, first power up etc. These came from "Mobile Tutorial" (I signed up on an iPhone using safari) I also downloaded the iPhone app after that. That was last night, today I've used the website on a normal computer, and now I have more tasks similar to those initial ones from "Tutorial Quests" Doesn't bother me a lot, just wonder if you can prevent it as it might be confusing for people to see tasks come back when they've already completed them.

    Yeah, this is a pesky bug a few people are running into where they get a duplicate set of tutorial quests (one for mobile, one for web). We’re working on adding a check so you’ll only ever get one.

  14. Activity dashboard quests

    Hi there!
    Little bug report I guess. The activity dashboard does not update the "today quests" item. It stays on 0/3 no matter how many quests I did.

  16. A different type of "to-do"

    One type of task that I need to do, that doesn't seem to fit anywhere exactly, is routine things on my to-do list. I mean things like folding socks, or sorting my credit card bills, or washing the kitchen floor. These aren't "quest" level, but don't really work as "power ups" either... they aren't "something quick and easy you can do to feel better or get stronger" - although they are good to get done, and it is part of my recovery to pick these up again and get routine tasks accomplished.

    What I'd like is a list of tasks…

  18. Chrome and Firefox Compatibility Problems

    The two browsers I use most, Chrome and Firefox, both have compatibility problems where clicking on names and navigation links do not work at all. Seems like a great program, but is having major technical difficulties.

  19. Better labeling of Ally area

    I've been realizing I've been contacting support rather than giving feedback. My apologies.

    So one thing I noticed is that the Ally section seems to reuse a lot of the formats of the hero section of the website. This means that when (I think) I'm looking at my Ally's information (say for example their resiliences) all the text on the page reads as if I am reading my own and there is no indication I am looking at one of my hero's resilences.

    Also there appears to be no way to figure out a Hero's level? Was that intentional?

  20. There is a broken link in a quest description

    The "Welcome to Body Rocks" Quest main card contains a broken link. I tried to click the related science card) as doing do is required to complete the quest. It didn't work. I was able to access it via my secret lab listing, but thought you should know.
