How can we improve SuperBetter?

  1. Update iOS App

    Update the app to support the bigger iPhone 5 screen. A UI refresh wouldn't hurt either.

  2. Be able to define the alerts on quests more.

    The quests should be more of a to do thing that you can set alerts for (what specific time, what would it say, what would you have to do). There should be an easy option to say fully completed as "skip it" makes me feel like I'm getting around finishing that task! (Could keep data on how many completed quests you have)

  4. Let us set time for push notifications

    My reminder pops up at 4 pm every day. I'm always at work then, so I can't do anything with superbetter right then. If I could pick a time for the reminder, it would be more useful.

    Just want to say Thank you for creating SuperBetter and making it available for free! I am very impressed by the whole set up, it has really helped me in many ways already and I am just starting out. The quality and quantity of the whole SuperBetter is astounding and you have managed to pull together vast and diverse scientific resources. Thank you again!

  6. Better social functionality

    Greetings! Just wanted to say I found out about the app through your presentation on Ted talks and I think it is brilliant.

    My suggestion/complaints would be around the social functions. I know you can post to Facebook but I don't like so much of my personal life ending up there. However, with that sort of functionality in mind, could you guys implement the same posting visibility straight through this app? There is an activity feed but it only shows my accomplishments, not those of my ally. A friend of mine with a brain condition got the app after I…

  9. Add a Power Pack button to home page

    It would be so helpful to put a link to "Add a Power Pack" to the user's home page, because I have to remember the link or bookmark it and open a separate page or go to the "Help" section for the link just to add a power pack.

  10. Forum is difficult to use

    Please integrate your log in to include the forum as well. I find it very annoying to have to go back and forth with different logins.

    This would probably allow us to be better at finding allies in a less random way. Also, if you integrate, please allow us to find allies from the forum area in a less cumbersome manner. PM-ing your email addresses back and forth is not exactly smooth and I have a feeling a lot of folks give up and drop out.

  11. Move items by category

    Sometimes I create a task that then seems better as a bad guy or a power up. Would be great if you could simply move that item without having to recreate it.

  13. Set a reset time

    Set a time where your to do list resets. Ex. I completed a recurring item yesterday but it shows that I already did it today. Which is not the case as I haven't completed it for today. If midnight was my 'reset' then it would show the correct count for today.

  15. Concussion.....

    Why is it that you make it so difficult to navigate and figure out the website… This is not very helpful for people who are suffering from a concussion like you did. We need something easier maybe more videos would be helpful....and less puzzles.

    Please please make an android app! I absolutely love SuperBetter, it's already started to help improve the way I look at life. It would help so much more and be so much easier to use in an app instead of a clunky browser

  19. Fix bugs in the quitting smoking quests.

    Not all of the quitting smoking quests are showing up in the quest list now that they're completed, let alone being included in my daily quest counter as completed quests. Very frustrating not to receive credit for doing all of the first three quests. I've only been credited for 1 of 3 for today.

  20. Set it up with similar format to other socal networks

    I wish it worked more like other social networks. I find myself wanting to view my heroes profiles and check up on them like I do on the other networks. I want to see something in my feed click the name and go to that persons page right away rather than clickinng more than once to get to it. I would use it more if it was easier to interface with allies otherwise GREAT CONCEPT
