Add "Reduce" (rather than "Quit") a habit or behavior powerpack.
This would be used to achieve moderation - for example, if you would like to drink less, but not quit drinking.

Add a journaling feature within the quests that involve journaling - ties it to the quest and makes it avialable for future reference
As part of one of the first quests, we are challenged to journal about the answer to a question - it would be awesome to have the ability to journal within the SuperBetter game, and tie it to the quest as a way to review it in the future... Am I missing something and it's there or is this a feature that could be added?
Thanks - I love this so far!!!!

I'm having a migraine and I saw your Ted Talk while I was distracting myself from the pain. Happy to be playing SuperBetter. Thank you!

"Stay Logged In" Optiona
I could've missed it when looking, but it would be nice to have a "stay logged in" option for quick and easy access.

menu design
when i tried to select an initial powerpack, it was obvious there was a longer menu then what I could see (a bit of text was showing at the bottom) but I couldn't scroll down. The first 3 on the list were generic. only the 4th was related to my goal. So i had ONE option. There must be more!

Option to change the term "Bad Guys"
The idea that a part of me is bad doesn't resonate with me. I'd rather conceptualize "bad guys" as "parts" that are not bad - they just need MY support to do a more productive job to support ME. The idea that a part of me is a "bad guy" doesn't feel compassionate or supportive. The more we judge and try to get rid of a feeling or behavioral pattern, the more tenaciously they cling.

Fitbit partnership
I have recently become exposed to this interesting product and can see potential in the ability to sync/export/etc information into or with fitbit.com. Sites like fitbolt.com and others have created intuitive syncing of information and logging that coupled with the fitbit can be very motivating. The niche that Superbetter fills could only add to both already amazing products.
Thank you for your consideration.

Organizing tasks and powerpack ideas
Hello,
I love this game and it's really making me aware of my habits and things to change.
I was wondering though if there could be a way to organize the task list (e.g. powerups, quests) so I can more easily see which ones I want to do for the day. The to-do list for quests is helpful, but not enough. I feel bogged down when I see such a massive list, it actually gives me a headache and makes me feel worse (battling one of my bad guys actually involved stepping away from the program when I got a…

More agressive decay of current resilience.
Currently, the decay of current resilience due to inactivity is unnoticeable. I have seen other users complain that this a disincentive to play the game, and I agree. I understand that part of the mission statement of the game is positive reinforcement, but having a small carrot/stick in the form of maybe, 10 lost resilience points per day if you do nothing on the site is a rather small stick. This decay can go down or become non-existent with increased activity.

Ally mode on mobile app
I'd love to be able to go into ally mode from the mobile app. That way if I want to award an achievement or suggest a power up to a friend, I don't have to log onto the website separately.

Printable format for groups/schools/therapy groups/people with intermittant internet access
I have been cutting and pasting some of the superbetter info into word documents and printing them so that i can play Superbetter at my job (i work with at risk youth, 14-17 years with mental health/behavioral problems) but also, any way to play superbetter that doesn't require constant computer/internet access would be good. we've been playing on paper and it's been okay, but not great.

Behavioral Health App Challenge
Really enjoyed your TED talk, your story and your game SuperBetter. I thought of this game today after I saw this 'Behavioral Health Patient Empowerment Challenge."
You may already have the visibility and reach for SuperBetter that you're looking for but if not, I think that SuperBetter would be a great submission for this competition; and since I don't design games myself, I wanted to be an advocate for a stellar game already out there.
There are only 5 days left to apply: http://behavioralhealth.challengepost.com/
Thanks for your work!
Sincerely,
