Make a power pack for paranoia
It can be a subset of anxiety or PTSD or something, but I could really use one.

Allow us to click "I did this" from the splash page
rather than having to open up the particular link for the particular power-up. Some power-ups I do regularly (4 times a day) so I want a really quick way of upping that number.
On the downside, I guess then I'm not getting the info (visual reminder) of what resources (mental, physical, social, emotional or spiritual) I've just activated. But I'm only new. Maybe I will only be interested in seeing those resources outlined for a few weeks. After that maybe I will be bored.
Maybe a CHOICE is what we require?

Reduce the automatic resilience points given for quests.
I have used SuperBetter quite alot after an illness. It worked very well. However, now my resilience points are somewhere about 400, and even if I am working on physical fitness at the moment I get resilience points all the time. It dwarfs the improvements of my physical at 80 points that I see now improvements even when I am working hard.
How about nr and not graphs? I am turning all my quests with physical points into powerups, read it somewhere on the forum that that way I will not get automatic resilience. I understand that resilience is a bounus given when doing physical activities. But the way you present this information removes any joy in seeing your physical bar go up. You will never see any improvement.
How about instead of showing how much you have at the moment, rather show how much you have gained in each bar each week and wipe it clean every sunday. You would still see improvements and resilience would not have time to dwarf all the other bars which happens after long use of SuperBetter. This way you would also not have to change the way you allocate points.

design
I think you should get rid of the weird alien illustrations in the app. Make something cleaner and happier in "Material Design" style instead.

Not the type of app that should be paid
After downloading this app, I realize that this app might be worth $0.99 or even $1.99 but not $4.99. What does the money contribute to?

Put in a few in-game achievements for higher levels
When you start playing, there are achievements for almost everything you do, but they peter out as the game progresses. Could you maybe put some in for really, really big things, like 10000 resilience points? Yes there are some psycho players out there who just keep on going... :)

Don't send to dead link on similarities and compassion
Was sent to a link for an article on similarities and compassion.

Very difficult with TBI.
Getting started is confusing. Going into each category, I don't know when I'm done and what to do next. It says collect your power ups, but I have no idea how to do that.
I don't know how many "things" I am supposed to do and am getting mentally exhausted trying to figure it out. It just doesn't seem to flow easy enough for me.4 votes -

Add "challenges" to list of SuperBetter Feedback categories
Surfing through the feedback ideas, I see several good ideas regarding challenges in SuperBetter. However, even though some of these ideas are very similar to each other, they're scattered through multiple categories, or not categorized at all, probably because users don't know where to put them.
For instance, there are several very similar ideas requesting more challenges or custom challenges in one way or another, but they're scattered between "epic wins", "editing/UserExperience", "wider application of SuperBetter", and at least one has no category at all. Each of these ideas only has ~10 votes, but if they were put together and easier for other users to find and vote for, they might amass enough votes for serious consideration.
There are other challenges ideas also scattered through different categories, for instance about inclusive language being used in challenges, or the option to remove challenges from the drop-down list that might be personal triggers. These are good ideas, but they're hard for the community to find, and thus hard to vote for.
I suggest adding a "challenges" section to the "SuperBetter Feedback" categories, so that the community can more easily communicate ideas about challenges to each other and to the SB team.

Feeling Hope
I just watched an episode of TED Talks from 2011 and found SuperBetter. Like Jane, I had a concussion in January 2015 (~8 months ago) and I have been off work since. The doctors' orders are quite similar to what Jane was told. Do nothing to rest your brain. No yoga, gym, work, computers, television, etc. I am still dealing with depression, insomnia, constant headaches, the general feeling of no purpose in life and much more. I am going to give this game a try. I wanted to let you know that I feel hope and even if this game does not work for me, I want to thank you for giving me the oh so forgotten feeling of hope. Thank you.

Android
When will you have this for Android? Saw the TED talk last night. Think myself and my daughter could benefit. We don't have IPhones.

Please figure out how to better condense and organize bad guys, etc.
As a user with an MTBI, I am overwhelmed by too many items in the various lists. Some of the Quests ask that I add even more. Please assist by adding some sort of roll-up feature.

E-mails
First off i want to say, personally, superbetter is the best thing i have found on the internet. It was a safe place to try and get better without having to go deep into the hardest part of your issues if you aren't able. It felt like a place that was open non judgemental and supported health for each individual person.
But on september 10 i got an email "3 Steps to Lose Weight & Boost Energy | Free Video Series". i've been trying to recover from what my doctor told me if i didnt make HUGE changes would be "a terminal eating disorder". Trying to recover is a dangerous place in general. Then when the one place i hoped i could eventually use to put together a plan - superbetter - sends me an e-mail that just throws it all back in my face again? i dont know how to explain what that means.
i am just the pathetic piece of shit that can't get better and should be ok with normal emails like this. But that's what i am and i'd hoped to use superbetter to try help me be better than that. So please don't send me anything else like that.
Thanks.

Add getting SuperBetter from an abusive relationship
I am getting out of an abusive relationship and was surprised that it did not come up as a potential SB goal or seem to have an affiliated PowerPack. I decided to use "Will power" as my goal and am customizing my Bad Guys and Power Ups, but thought that having an official SB category would give survivors of abuse a sense of validation, that it is something worth getting SuperBetter from. I'm getting SuperBetter from my parents, others from a lover or spouse, still others from a sibling or close friendship. It takes reminders every day and professional help to break free, so I'm using SuperBetter in between sessions to help me stay strong. I hope you will consider this worthy population of abuse survivors, adding information, an official goal and an affiliated Power Pack.
