Make a Google Chrome app for SuperBetter
Google Chrome apps work like bookmarks for your internet browser - websites are represented with icons that show immediately when you open the Chrome browser. A SuperBetter app on Google Chrome would allow people who use Chrome to be reminded of SuperBetter & easily access the site.

Jane - I adore you - thank you for your Ted Talk
I have had a lifelong interest in trauma recovery. I've had a brain injury (physical - concussion) plus brain injury (couple of incidents leading to PTSD.) I cannot wait to play your game and share with others. God bless you for your point of view and work.

Extra "Career" Category
I've just started using SuperBetter and really see how it can help me improve myself... but I want it to help me improve my skills in my career rather than the '4 categories', where I stand quite ok. I will use superbetter to improve those as well, but I really want to focus most of my attention for the next few years on improving my career skills. I want to keep track and to motivate myself to keep on studying and improving myself each day.
The "Career" category can include things like education, skills, financial etc. I truly believe this…19 votes -
How to meditate?
There is no tutorial or guide on how to meditate. I would love to have one. It's not obvious how to do it.

Allow coaches to suggest or assign quests, bad guys, allies, etc. for players.
In addition to Allies consider creating a social role for Coach (Dungeon Masters). These Coaches would be able to assign quests and power packs to the players game narrative. Maybe under profile there could be a check box; [X] Become a Coach. Coaches would be able to add content, provide feedback, and check in with their players. Players should be able to have multiple coaches.
My initial thought is that a Coach could build and implement programs for family members. Then I thought of physicians, counselors, clergy, HR departments, life coaches, sport coaches, etc. Anyone who can lead others to…

Thanks for the suggestion! Is there anything specific you’d like to see in an OCD Power Pack? Thanks, Rose

New strength proposal: Financial (and/or Environmental?)
Gotta tell you--SB is the first method in 51 years (and I've tried LOTS, believe me!) that has me exercising daily, building up strength...and, while I'm at it: remembering to floss daily, pray, take my prescriptions correctly, and a host of other things I usually forgot. As a side effect, I'm also getting more chores done around the house and yard--'cause now they earn me points. YIPPEEEE!!
So, yes: Wider Application of Superbetter. I find myself wanting to make quests that don't quite fit the 4 strengths, many of them financially related. The current strengths are all internal, and I…

Make the SB ipod app available for older Ipods!
I have friends who would love to use the Superbetter app, but they can't because it says their ipod doesn't have a camera. A lot more people could use the app if it were available for older iPods!

We need this in Spanish!
People from Latin America need this, I found this amazing!
And Btw send a huge Hug to Jane, she's quite an inspiration...PD: I would love to help in the translation if necessary
19 votesI’m so glad you’re enjoying it! :) We want to be able to localize it in many many different languages (Spanish is at the top of the list :)), but right now we just don’t have the budget for it. We’re hoping to maybe team up with a company who might be willing to sponsor the localization effort.

Use Super Better to help people experiencing the pain of divorce
I just saw and enjoyed Jane McGonigal's Ted talk. I wonder whether the Super Better game might be used by people experiencing the emotional trauma and loss of divorce to ease their pain and faciliate their transition to a better future.

Expand from the realm of healing to major self improvement quests (new skills, new jobs, etc)
If superbetter were integrated into my calendar or day planner, I would have a fun way to get me doing things that I know are important, but not urgent. My job description at work just changed in a major way, I like the challenge, but small wins and motivation along the way would not only help my success, it would speed up my growth I'm sure. Those are just two ways I've seen after day one.

No feedback that I succeeded in changing my password
After receiving the password-recovery email, and filling in the new password twice, the form clears and nothing suggests I've succeeded.
Attempting to sign in with the new password fails.

Expanded Game Topics
Hi! I love this and I want more of it! I think it's applicable to almost anything your committed to in life. Work, relationships, finances.
I'd like to have the ability to have multiple games going in a variety of different areas. That's my idea/request! Thanks!7 votes -
Can I get super better at many things in the same account?
e.g. I want to gain weight while I want to finish my carreer (physical & mental), so i need a mix of quests, some orientated for one superbetter goal and one for another one. Basically, i'd like to be able to put 2 things in the "i'm getting superbetter at" box

More options on the mobile app
I can do much more on the computer than the mobile app. I can not even see or interact with my allies at all. Thanks.

A way to tone down the background?
I have migrane issues, and I find the bright white background on SB sometimes triggers the beginnings of a migrane. Is there a way to change the visuals according to the needs of the user?
Personally, I find it easier on the eyes/brain to have dark sepia text on a light faun or green background. Less stress on the rods, more work being done by the cones. I'm sure this colour scheme won't be to everyone's taste, though.
22 votesI really love this suggestion and it’s something that’s always been on our radar and we want to incorporate. Hopefully when we launch there will be a toggle in your profile to trigger “high contrast” mode or “soft mode” in addition to our standard dark grey on white.

Use in teaching
I am thinking about how I might use this with underaspiring, undercofindent and poorly organised students. I will let you know how I get on.

Mentor - Feedback on use of SuperBetter
As a SuperBetter user, I could choose an option to solicit the help of a SuperBetter mentor to help evaluate my profile and activities. This person could make suggestions as to what I could add, as well as provide encouragement. The idea would be to have some insights on how well I am using the site and find out if I am missing out on any opportunities. This mentor would go above and beyond the Allies in that they would bring in some specific expertise and best practices on using Superbetter.

Wonder whether SB could be used in a class setting?
It obviously can be applied to learning. And I was struck by the line under SCIENCE in the SECRET LAB: "People are happier, healthier and more successful when they're following goals that they choose for themselves." So -- I wonder whether it could or would be reasonable to use it for a class? It might be particularly well suited to an internet-based class or a very flexible on campus one. Anyone at SB interested in exploring this?
