Ally dashboard: the shadow task never updates
Whether I like items in my ally's activity wall or not, whether I comment or not, the ally dashboard always shows the shadow task as incomplete for the day.

This is a known issue – we’re actually working on redesigning how allies work, and when those changes are released, this won’t be a problem :) Stay tuned!

This thread is almost 2 years old and nothing changed - I had the exact same problem :( That's a basic functionality and should be fixed as soon as possible.

I have the same problem, works with some allies, not with others, and is not limited to shadow tasks- also does not register anything else I try to do.

Actually, when does the day tick over? I'm in the UK, so perhaps it's being counted into the previous day if I do things in the morning?

It's weird because on some of my heroes it works but not others.
