When editing "DESCRIPTION" field of cards: tell users that they need to use HTML to create paragraphs and lists (i.e. rich formatting)
If you don't use html tags, the contents of DESCRIPTION field for added cards (a new Bad Guy, etc.) turns into one messy chunk. No paragraphs (no matter how many empty lines in-between paragraphs one creates), no list items. Just one big messy chunk.
But the PROBLEM is that there is no visual hint in SuperBetter interface that makes it obvious that HTML actually works in your editor, that it IS possible to format text properly (<p>for paragraphs</p> and stuff like <ul><li>item 1</li><li>item 2</li></ul> for lists)

Clarify explanations for "The Brain Drain" vs "The Brain Troll" vs "The Self-Critic" vs "The Zombie Programs"
Could you please make the difference (in their "DESCRIPTION:" explanations) between them more clear?
OR remove/replace one of them with another one.I've happened to download two Power Packs and got all of the aforementioned Bad Guys on my list; and now I struggle to figure out the difference between "The Brain Drain" vs "The Brain Troll" vs "The Self-Critic" vs "The Zombie Programs" and how to report my battles.
I'll probably just delete the last 3, but I bet other users would be grateful if you'd optimized the list of those Bad Guys (made the difference between them more…

for "Mind Games" quest: add BrainHQ suggestion (there is very strong science behind it!+ free exercise available)
Why:
1, You already link to the BrainHQ co-founder's TED Talk in one of the quests, called "Your Plastic Brain".
- BrainHQ has a strong science behind it.
2.1. BrainHQ is the only program that meets all requirements of The Institute of Medicine’s Checklist for Brain Training
https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/institute-medicine-checklist-brain-training2.2. Specific research studies:

They have a FREE-for-all short daily exercise (The Daily Spark) - these are two sessions of one of their paid exercises, every day it's a different exercise.
It, conveniently, takes about 5min (except for Navigation exercise), so it totally meets your criteria…

Get an error when trying to accept an invitation
This is happening in my iOS app. The error message says "Server returned code 422"... whatever it means in human language :)
Is this bad or I can still be there for my hero? :)

Possible to mark Quests as partly done?
I often make Quests that are bigger tasks that take several days to get done; for instance, I might have "create an email list for my business" as a Quest, then spend several hours researching whether to do it old school or via Mailchimp, and several hours another day actually creating the list. There are also Quests from the Power Packs that work like that: for instance, a Quest in the "Being Awesome" Power Pack that involves asking 3 people what they like about you. If you don't have many close friends or have social anxiety getting to 3 can…

Please allow deletion of items on Activity Wall!
Please allow deletion of items on Activity Wall! I have put items on there by mistake and really really hate having to look at something on my Activity Wall that should not be there.

SuperBetter internationalization quests, powerups and badguys
Hello.
I noticed no direct way of internationalizating the tasks, abilities and the many more items one can found in superbetter in order to make it accessible for non-english users such as many of my friends.
Is there a way I could help? I am a project manager based in Brazil (GMT-2) with lots of experience on ditributed teams to solving IT software challenges.
Best regards and happy holidays,
Gustavo

Gamification
I love the concept of gamifying real life challenges. I especially love all the science to back it up. I just wish the UI had the feel of a game. It currently is as exciting as checking things off a to do list. You get to see yourself “level up” but the levels seem arbitrary. What if you were an avatar moving through and exploring a world with different terrains/cities, etc. You could still have the same customization of making it your own journey by utilizing menus and choices as you go. When you complete a power up your avatar…

Two ideas: posting of epic win pictures publicly and grouping of quests
First idea: I wish I could group quests under overarching quests, to have small steps lead up in a progression in an organized manner, instead of having quests all over the place, some unattainable, some doable. Second idea: I also wish Superbetter had a blog or public place of some kind that wasn't Facebook so that people could submit pictures and captions of their Epic Wins if they so choose, thus inspiring other people and making themselves proud. Of course this would have to be moderated, but I think it would be a cool feature.

Make the app customizable and easier to use
Every category needs to be fully customizable. Quests, powerups, badguys, and the content therein need to be made easy to delete, add your own, and clarify your goals for context.
Furthermore, the interference is not clear and could use a serious remodeling.
Lastly, the app is buggy and crashes frequently.
I am well into the book and would really like to use the app. I'm using a similar app called Coach.Me. I would love if SuperBetter was SuperBetter9 votes -
Resurrect bad guys
There should be an option to reactivate bad guys you thought were vanquished. Sometimes old foes return seemingly from the dead and have to be fought all over again. I definitely had this experience in working with a mental illness when I relapsed. I had “vanquished” a symptom that came roaring back...and thanks to the relapse, didn’t have the motivation to manually re-create it. 🤦🏻♀️

PTSD is not the opposite of a positive mindset
The intro to your book contrasts ptsd with post traumatic growth and asks the question, "what makes the difference between buckling under extreme stress and flourishing because of it?"
Your answer is, essentially, a positive outlook. This suggests that ptsd can be avoided through having the right mindset.
Ptsd is a physiological reaction to extreme stress. You might as well suggest that diabetes or brain damage can be avoided with the right mindset.
While a positive outlook can make it easier to live with ptsd, and to achieve post traumatic growth, the suggestion that it will fix or prevent ptsd…

Track power-ups via calendar
It would be great if power-ups, bad guys, and quests could be plotted out on a calendar to track them.
Thanks for great app btw!

Meshes perfectly with my current life needs
I had prepared myself a big list of goals for the upcoming year only a week before I stumbled on a link to Jane's Ted Talk for SuperBetter. My resignation toward checking off another year's worth of tedious goals was erased once I started playing the game. I have not felt this supported or uplifted in years -- what was once a tiresome, boring exercise in goal setting has become a fun, playful, engaging hour or two a day practice for me.The game has helped me to like achieving again, and is helping me overcome my frustration over making a…

SuperBetter merchandise
I have played SuperBetter for a few weeks and just achieved my first Epic Win. I would love to publicly declare my improved mental/emotional/physical condition by swilling coffee in an SB mug or by wearing a shirt emblazoned with a big SB logo.
