UK help
Jane was on TV this morning, in the UK explaining the benefits of SuperBetter and her book.
It would be good to see help organisations in the UK posted on the website for people in the UK.1 vote -
I'm getting superbetter at. Can't be personalised.
This fell at the first hurdle for me because I am not fighting anything on your short list let me edit with text what I am getting SuperBetter at or every time I log in I will wish I was getting SuperBetter at Frustration with SuperBetter. ......I am getting SuperBetter at recovering from Brain Injury....Also your 'game?' is not as you describe in your interviews as I am unlikely to enter Flow State with it (perhaps I should play candy crush saga?)

Menus are too complicated!
Trying to navigate Super Better is very, very frustrating, especially now that I am an ally as well as a user.
Can you please simplify? Is there anything I can do to help?

PTSD Community
Hi,
When I signed up, I saw the place where you can enter a group code, but I couldn't seem to find anything about it in the FAQs section.
Anyway, I belong to a support community for PTSD, and I was wondering if there was a fairly easy way for many of us to play together. I and many others suffer from self-imposed social isolation, so these people are (and have been for years) my major allies in becoming Super Better outside of the context of this game. I think my community could really benefit from Super Better and have…

Insomnia Power up (or power down?)
I love this idea of taking a gameful approach to life's challenges. It's something I've done in bits and pieces, but never really considered applying in all areas. I'm about halfway through the Superbetter book now, and am really enjoying it.
One thing that stood out to me is your idea of finding words that contain a combination of letters as part of a mental exercise. It reminded me of a game I play when I have trouble getting to sleep. I call it the "Gratitude Dictionary". I imagine I'm holding a dictionary that contains all things in life I'm…

Power-ups list
I suggest that new power-ups appear at the top of the power-up list, not bottom of list.
New quests appear at the top of their list, which is very helpfull to me.
Thanks for considering my idea.

Allow better organizing of text when editing power ups or bad guys
When editing the description of a bad guy, quest or power up, no matter how you space the sentences or paragraphs, it mashes up into once massive paragraph once you save. I usually write down my strategy to deal with a bad guy or the steps needed to complete a more complicated "spell" (power-up). It would be great to be allowed to use bullet points or at-least leave the spacing between paragraphs for easy skimming.

Represent progress more visually?
Have you thought about creating a way for SB users to "build" something visible as they progress? The power ups, bad guys, and quests could all be building elements (bricks for instance) with colors corresponding to the challenges they're working on. Could make it infinitely expandable...pyramids could work. Your first pyramid would be super quick to achieve (6 bricks), but each successive one would have one more brick in the base (10 bricks for next, 15 for next). Just an idea. Loving SB. Thanks you!

Change the phrasing on the ally request email
I suggest changIng "achieve a personal health goal." to "achieve a personal goal." Namely, eliminate the word "health". If someone has the challange of "I'm just getting SuperBetter" the word "heath" doesn't seem to fit. It also may be confuse some potential ally.
Thanks for considering my sugestion.

Why do your emails allow only for positive feedback? The person responding screwed things up worse!

Rewards system
There are levels and achievements, but there is no existing rewards system. There's no bar you can fill to level up and no dingdingdingdingding! when you level up. I understand that you should feel the rewards in your life and not necessarily need these things, but dammit filling bars and feeling rewarded for it adds positive emotion to my life, and it serves no other master.

Add Images to Multiple Quests/Power Ups at Once
I want to use the same photo for similar categories of Quest, e.g. all fitness-related quests could have the same image. If there were a way to add the same photo to multiple items at once, I'd be much more likely to bother using images for Quests and Power Ups. Having to add the same photo manually 20 times is so time consuming I likely won't bother to use images at all.
