How can we improve SuperBetter?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. I can't login in the app since 29th August

    I contacted to Superbetter staff and received an automated reply, saying they aren't able to respond to emails right now.

    When I try to login, I kept getting this: "there is a problem logging in. please try again later."
    I'm using an iphone3GS, IOS6.1.3(10b329).
    After I bought this app, sometimes I cannot login in for a couple of hours, but it has never lasted for so long.
    Is there any possiblity that I can login my app again? I miss it so much...

  2. iPhone App

    I just downloaded the app and it keeps logging me out of it. It also has repeatedly said "Error: There was a problem parsing the user information." It has done that more times than not throughout the day. I think this is a great idea and I love the motivation behind it, but you need to work on the software. I've never had this many problems with any other app on my phone and I've had yours all in one day. Thanks for the help, can't wait for bug fixes on the update.

  4. I was told to look up a daily brief and don't know how to get there

    Make the Daily Brief stand out so that I can see it first thing

    Your Daily Brief is an old term for your To Do list – I thought we’d weeded out all instances of the old term, but apparently not! Can you let me know where you saw that phrase and I’ll get it changed?
