Not sure if this would solve your problem, go into your profile and change the time zone to one where it would be 12 o'clock by the time you go to sleep.

Maybe the site could start a new day around 4am, or let the user choose what time a day usually starts at.

4am seems like a good time, because people like me are awake until 2am, so I'm asleep at 4, whilst early birds are waking up at 4:30 - 7:00am.

I agree, I went up by 4 levels and didn't notice until I went into my resilience stats and found out lol.

I fully agree, I've been on this site for a day and I've gotten
    Mental: 52
    Emotional: 16
    Social: 5
    Physical: 5

Most of my points came from just learning how the site works, I don't really feel proud of gaining so many points for not doing anything.
I'm sure it'll even out soon enough.

I was about to suggest this too. I called it Power-up Combos.

In MMORPG games it's common for someone to give you a spell for better healing and another for better defense/attack. In single player games this would be called cheating lol :).

For me, Work is a bad guy, since it will drain me.
To defeat this bad guy, once I get home I will do a power-up combo.
    My combo is
    Take a nap - 20-90 minutes
    Meditate - 5-10 minutes
and finally exercise for a minute or two.

I want it to be like the power-up combo we got when we first logged in, where we had to do a powerup for all 4 skills and had a choice of 2 power-ups each time. Like the one it the TedTalk.

I'd love it If you could make it so that I could group several power-ups into a 'Combo power-up', and the site could choose 2 or 3 random power-ups for each skill, keeping it new and different each time.

Lol, I'm the same. I think we're supposed to treat life like a game and do 'quests', so you can have goals to attain.

We're supposed to use 'power-ups' to make us stronger, these are things like exercise, socializing, listening to music, whatever makes you happy. I think the goal is for you to fight your problems and also learn to enjoy it.

Maybe watch the ted talk about this at
    http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/en/jane_mcgonigal_the_game_that_can_give_you_10_extra_years_of_life.html

Ask for help in the forum. This part of the site is really for feedback, so you won't find many people willing to help here.

    I also want this.
I'd like a way to add an image by a link.

Maybe there could be a section of the site with user uploaded images and tags, so we can find relevant things. It's hard to find a picture for something, so why not use one that another person has found?
