Let me set when my day ends
As a college student my night doesn't end at 12 and I'd like this app to reflect that

Not sure if this would solve your problem, go into your profile and change the time zone to one where it would be 12 o'clock by the time you go to sleep.

Maybe the site could start a new day around 4am, or let the user choose what time a day usually starts at.
4am seems like a good time, because people like me are awake until 2am, so I'm asleep at 4, whilst early birds are waking up at 4:30 - 7:00am.
