Hah! I think we all have relatives like that :D It’s a totally legit point I’ll keep in mind as I design. Obviously for business purposes we like to get as many people into the game as possible, but there are always going to be those for whom the game just isn’t working/isn’t fun/isn’t what they want to engage with, and that doesn’t mean they couldn’t still be perfectly legit allies to someone the game DOES work for. Hm hm hm! Excellent point; thanks for bringing it up.

A cool idea I just had about this is increase the difficulty of power packs as you level up. So when you first join the game you pick a few power packs that are rated as "easy" or beginner. As you increase in level you can unlock more difficult power packs that may require more effort, but that have a great added benefit to your life. This way the game begins with a small curve for those who may be coming from nothing and can only handle that much pressure, but the curve increases for those who have been playing a while and wish to push their abilities to their limits. This would also give a great sense of progression that I think is necessary to keep people engaged as they reach the end game.
