Hi Emily, I sincerely appreciate your feedback and am sorry to hear you’re feeling SuperDiscouraged because of this. Our intention was to help motivate players to reach their goals, but we understand that everyone is motivated differently. I do hope you’ll stick with SuperBetter and promise I’ll keep an ear out on player feedback around this change (and the whole site too!). ~Rose

We’re having a gigantic meeting about how to make Power Packs more awesome, and are definitely considering enabling people to create their own Power Packs. It’s quite tricky/costly to develop, though, so we’re considering a model where you could pay some small amount of money to create your own Power Pack (complete with custom quest sequences, power-ups, bad guys, and icons), and then a slightly larger amount of money to create a Power Pack that you could then share with your friends and family.
In terms of random quests – we love that idea too! We’ll definitely be discussing it at our meeting :)

Can you let us know what browser you’re using? We only support IE8+ and the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

I keep a little list of my quests in my wallet and tend to check in and enter what I've done at the end of the week. Coming back and seeing that not logging in daily has eroded my stats is DEEPLY discouraging. It seems to happen incredibly fast. Please at least slow it down.
One of my goals is to spend less time at the computer and I feel punished for completing that quest!
