1. Ability to send messages to added allies from the app

   I understand the separation of the forum online and the app, but after you add an ally inside the app, it would be nice to have a messaging system where we could send messages back and forth within the app. Most of my allies I can only contact by PMing them in the forum, and that can be a hassle and discourages me to check in with them. If I could send messages directly to them from the app, it's a way to be able to contact them regularly and support them without exchanging personal information like phone numbers and such.

2. Set a reset time

   Set a time where your to do list resets. Ex. I completed a recurring item yesterday but it shows that I already did it today. Which is not the case as I haven't completed it for today. If midnight was my 'reset' then it would show the correct count for today.

3. More interaction with Allies on mobile app

   It would be great if it were possible to give suggestions or generally interact more with Allies using the mobile app. Having Allies and helping each other is a great social motivator, but most of these features are only available on the website. Those of us who only or primarily use SuperBetter on our phones could really benefit from more options for working with Allies through the app.

6. Disappointed

   Very disappointed in the whole "game" which is not a game at all. It's nothing more than a reminder calendar in which my own entries are made. The motivation and rewards normally found in a "game" are severely lacking here. This app is misleading and over priced. If I could get my money back I would.

7. Let us set time for push notifications

   My reminder pops up at 4 pm every day. I'm always at work then, so I can't do anything with superbetter right then. If I could pick a time for the reminder, it would be more useful.

8. Allow for selecting more than one objective...

   I would like to choose multiple objectives in the game. I know we want to keep it simple, but chronic pain triggers depression, triggering emotional eating. So, multiple objectives with the option of multiple power ups.

    It is hard to recommend to friends to use SB when it is not free. The website is great, but not as quick nor with any reminders like the app.

11. Restored quests should re-generate subsequent quests

    I'm doing the Power to Quit Anything power pack and picked that I wanted to do replacement, deleting the other two types of quitting. Then I realized that the phrasing of the replacement quests didn't work for me, so I restored the Make Your Decision quest and retook it--but it didn't re-generate the other quests. Now I have to restart the Power Pack entirely, which is really annoying. Restoring and redoing a quest should delete and re-generate subsequent quests.

12. Fitbit partnership

    I have recently become exposed to this interesting product and can see potential in the ability to sync/export/etc information into or with fitbit.com. Sites like fitbolt.com and others have created intuitive syncing of information and logging that coupled with the fitbit can be very motivating. The niche that Superbetter fills could only add to both already amazing products.

    The community page should be integrated into the main site. It makes no sense to require 2 accounts or for it to look so shoddy.

    It would make far more logical, holistic and intuitive sense to be able to be signed in and find support and make friends all in one website.

15. Deepening the Secret Identity

    I'd like to start this message by saying that I adore the concept of this website and I've been surprised just how quickly (and almost instinctually) I have been able to embrace the act of gaming in real life, though I've had a "secret identity" of sorts for a while, now. One of the things that really sparked my imagination a few years back was beginning to envision myself as a separate person to which I could empathize with - she became a heroine to the exaggerated form of my own story. That heroine changed just as I did, as my priorities and knowledge shifted me.

    This is why I'd love to see a more intricate set of options for the secret identity feature. The secret identity, which represents the truth we feel within us that isn't necessarily true to the external world, is a complex idea. But in games and in our heads, most people's heros are not the perfected examples of us; they are perfect examples of a fully developed, three-dimensional character - with flaws, fears, challenges, and strengths. They exist in a world of more extreme representations of the challenges we face in real life. But until we actually ask questions about this hero, we may feel uncertain about our secret identity's, well, identity - and this can make it difficult to vividly imagine ourselves as our hero in the moments we really need to ask ourselves what they would do.

    SO, I would suggest options along the nature of the very four goals that are put forward to us from the beginning; mental health, emotional health, social health, and physical health. For example, I'd like to be able to input information about, say, moral identity, place in the world, purpose in life, strength of relationships, physical skills, and mental abilities just as well as fears or flaws or challenges in the unique world of each user's imagination. These are the fears and flaws and challenges our hero easily overcomes and they represent fears and flaws and challenges we're trying to overcome, too.

    I'm not looking for a website to design your own avatar, because I think that would externalize the hero too much and possibly ruin the point of be ing a part of a real life game. But I'd love to be asked a few questions or be able to write out information about my secret identity to more clearly understand myself and my secret personality. Woo.

16. Quick access to favorite items

    I'd love to see an expanding panel of favorite items available on any page. In particular, Power-ups would be great - I could easily use one from anywhere on the site without having to leave the section I am currently browsing. Bad-guys would also be nice, and the other sections could have merit as well.

    I envision a simple "empty star" icon next to items like Power-ups, Bad Guys, etc. Clicking the icon changes it to a "solid star" icon with a "favorite added" message. (I'm borrowing from the way Chrome lets you mark pages to bookmark and how the icon works.) Clicking a favorited item's star removes the favorite status.

    Once an item is starred, it would appear in a panel of favorite items, accessible on any page. A star icon could appear next to the Secret Lab and Power packs icons. Clicking reveals a panel with favorite items, sorted by section. I'd want to see a list of the names and buttons to quickly mark "I did this" or "I battled this" with any associated popup.

17. Organizing tasks and powerpack ideas

    Hello,

    I love this game and it's really making me aware of my habits and things to change.

    I was wondering though if there could be a way to organize the task list (e.g. powerups, quests) so I can more easily see which ones I want to do for the day. The to-do list for quests is helpful, but not enough. I feel bogged down when I see such a massive list, it actually gives me a headache and makes me feel worse (battling one of my bad guys actually involved stepping away from the program when I got a headache from looking at too many tasks).

    A few other ideas for powerpacks could be dealing with unemployment (e.g. with quests like finding another way to make money, finding a way to make use of the free time), and also inspiring creativity (e.g. this could have quests based on Artist's way - take a play date, build a small altar, collect an inspiring magazine image)

    I've been using SB with my 2 kids 8 and 12... 8 is highly anxious and she loves SuperBetter... just the other day she said " I love SuperBetter, it really works"
    
    12 has added friends as allies....
