How can we improve SuperBetter?

    Got two error messages when first using app when trying to complete Drinking water task and hug yourself. I did the task, feel great, but want my points! Thank you!!

  2. Forum Security Certificate

    Hi. When I try to log in to the forum from my Dashboard I get a message stating that the organization's security certificate has been revoked and not to continue to the website. I would like to connect with the Superbetter community but don't know how to proceed. Thank you for your attention to this concern.

  3. Would love a power pack on recovering power and trustafter having been victimized

    Some of us have unfortunately been victimized by violent crime. It would be wonderful to have tools to help rebuild confidence and trust and especially the ability to make social connections after betrayal.

  4. Error keeps getting in the way of the app.

    I just bought this app and I'm quite frustrated with the error that reoccurs whenever I select a power-up of quest. Please fix!

  5. Pull App from App Store Until Fixed

    The fact that you have an app on the app store, which you charge $5 for, even though you know it does not work properly, is inexcusable an disgusting. I love SuperBetter, and I know the program does a lot of good, which is why I did not mind paying for the app. But you people need to understand that the core demographic for users of this app, are people who are seeking resources for healing from trauma and illness, and the last thing they need is to be swindled by someone behind the scenes, trying to make a profit.…

  6. make an app for windows phone

    I see there is an app for iPhones. As a Windows 8 phone user, this isn't useful to me, but I would like to have something easier to use and more noticeable than the mobile site.

  8. Quest Organization

    Under the "Past" tab in Quests, you can view all your completed Quests. In Current, however, it's all your completed Quests AND all the quests waiting for you! It's a bit overwhelming, not to mention annoying to dig through everything to find what you still need to do. Please fix it?

    I've been added as an Ally and bought the App. I can't find my Hero's profile or see my to do list or do anything to support her thorough the app! Please fix asap!

  10. Redirect to outside website on forums and allies?

    I'm unable to look for allies or go to the forums because it redirects to a "Linkbucks" website that won't let me go forward to the rest of the site. I'm pretty frustrated because I want to continue using SuperBetter, but I just don't know if I can with the possibility of computer security issues and possible viruses.

    I noticed that I couldn't connect to SuperBetter for a couple of days. If possible, a link to a blog entry, an email to users, or anything to indicate what's causing the outage and how long it will be would be nice.

  16. Pop up for achievements

    It would be nice if when we get an achievement if it would pop up on the screen. Then we would not have to go into the achievement screen to see what we have or if we have any new achievements.

  18. Booklet or App for kids counseling

    I'm a school counselor. I've created a small booklet that I use to apply these concepts with children that I work with. I shared this with one of the teachers that I work with who has a difficult class and she uses the concepts daily in her class. I cited you on the booklet, and I hope it's okay that I have done that. The booklet works okay, but I would love to have a better way to use SuperBetter with my stuggling kids. The concepts are so empowering and fun. If it would be possible to have an app…
