Idea for powerpack: Identity crisis
An important challenge that superbetter can help with is identity-searching people (such as people who are questioning religion or discovering their sexual identity). Quests can include stuff like searching information on the internet or going to certain places.

Custom Powerpacks for College Counseliing Units
How cool would it be for Counselors to guide students through their struggles as they complete discrete steps of the process!
This is somewhat similar to another idea that I had posted.
There should be a way to make Custom Powerpacks and a choice that students logging in from a particular university can load it up.
This way, instead of helping out students via conversations that motivate but do little in terms of feedback, a counselor can monitor the progress of a student.
Privacy issues might have to be dealt with here!

Getting Out of Bed On Time Power Pack
Get out of bed and stay up right after the alarm goes off. Don't hit that snooze button even once! And really stay out of bed until nighttime!

Adjusting to Retirement Powerpack
I retired almost 2 years ago after working almost 40 years. There's lots of financial advice out there, but what about the challenges of discovering who you really are without a work identity, keeping active, fostering new social contacts (I had few outside of work), maintaining structure to your day (or not)....? The list is endless when you're blessed with a life of choice after decades of few.

Hoarding Powerpack
The affects of hoarding are becoming increasingly well know due to tv shows and media attention. I work at a mental health agency and know a couple of clients who struggle with it. A think a powerpack with quests to help prevent and prevail from hoarding would be useful for many.

Progress bars
Being able to see how much of a power pack you've completed (possibly with a screen like the ones that appear when you get an achievement telling you when you've finished all the quests) would be good.
This game is a brilliant idea - thank you.

Powerpack for Friends/Family of the chronically ill
There is a lot of focus on the individual coping with or surviving a chronic illness (mental or physical), but a lot of time close family members and friends are at a loss. A powerpack to assist could be very helpful.

Problem with Being Awesome powerpack
I loaded the Being Awesome power-pack a few days ago and it loaded all the power-ups twice. I have tried to delete them individually, but they won't delete. Deleting the whole power-pack doesn't work either! Help!

Filter powerpacks by the challenges they address and/or the resilience they boost
If that's already available, it's not immediately apparent.

More Power Packs for other physical injuries
It's great that there are so many power packs suggested for traumatic brain injury (no doubt based on the founding idea for this game), but I wish there were more that were specifically for recovering from other injuries - bad back, bum knee, post-pregnancy, etc. Any plans to do this? Thanks for this great GREAT site. Really.

Body For Life
I am a "Body For Life" advocate and would like to design a Power Pack to be shared for the SuperBetter site. Body for Life is a weight loss program that includes an eating style and workout style (with weights/aerobics). It is different from your "Full Plate" Power Pack...which is very good.
I'd like the software or some advice on designing and inputing pdf files, videos, etc. Also, I need to know how to make 1 quest (once accomplished) unlock others. I've got the ideas and materials to input, but really need design help.
Thanks,

Don't Change Names!
You changed the names of all of the powerpack stuff I use. Now I don't recognize anything. Please don't do that without warning.

Make powerpacks easier to find
It took me a long time to find out how to change my powerpacks. I was always looking in the menu to the left, and after many many minutes found the box/lightning bolt.

Mood Elevator powerpack stuck
SuperBetter told me I'd completed the Mood Elevator First Floor powerpack, and then offered to take me to the first floor again. Is there a second floor yet? If so, how can I get to it?
This site is an important part of my day. Thank you.
6 votesWe’re in the process of creating the Second Floor Power Pack right now! :) Thanks for sticking with us – I’m so glad to hear that SuperBetter’s working for you.

Would love to see a Memory Powerpack
I have problems with memory. Very forgetful. However for somethings I can remember it with photographic memory. I know there are techniques to help with memory, I think a powerpack like that would be great!!
14 votesHi there!
Thanks so much for the suggestion! I’ve sent it on to our power pack director to review. :D
Cheers,
Jessica.
