We think this might be an issue related to outdate browsers. Can everyone who’s experiencing this update to the latest version of their browser and let us know if the problem is still occurring, and if so, what browser you’re in?

I'm having the same problem as Sharon Sass, and I'm using Firefox 22.0. Also tried it on Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16635 and Chrome 28.0.1500.72m and the Insight tracker won't load. I would love if it would work- I feel like I've made a lot of progress with this site!

I have the same problems others are describing. Resilience Tracker loads but the others do not and instead endlessly indicate "loading." I am using Chrome Version 27.0.1453.116 m, which is up to date. The same problem occurs if I access SuperBetter with the up to date version of IEX or Firefox. Looking forward to an announcement or update that the insight trackers are working! Thanks.

Still no tracker chart . . . when will it be fixed? Very discouraging. Have tried different browsers and different computers. Only can get the Resilience tracker to load.

Still no tracker chart... Other charts work just fine.

I still have the same problems described by others. Resilience Tracker loads but the others don't (indicate "loading"). Hope this is fixed soon. I continue to take the assessments and hope to see the results some day.

I am using Google Chrome Version 27.0.1453.93, which is supposed to be the latest version. The Resilience tracker loads and displays a chart. Sleep Satisfaction Tracker does not load. Niether does SuperBetter Trackers. I have also tried using Firefox 21.0 with the same results.

I use the latest version of Opera and I cannot see SuperBetter Tracker charts, because of 'loading' button. In the other side I have no problem with completing Tracker tests.

Resilance still works but the SuperBetter Tracker still just stays in the "loading" mode. What browser are you using. I've tried more than one but usually use Chrome.

This bug IMHO was solved - trackers works now fast and every time I need it (since 2-3 weeks, so it looks like stable situation)

Google Chrome downloaded 02.24.13. Super Better Tracker still won't load. Really looking forward to this being fixed.

I can track my resilience but no matter how many times I do the super better tracker it always says there is not enough data yet.

+1 ... I'm using Mountain Lion on MacBook Pro (so the latest version of Safari). Although the Tracker in the Secret Lab does gather data, it loses it through the capture process, and then loops around again.
Loving the site ... :-)
