While battling concussion and a few other ailments, reading is very difficult. I'd like to suggest less reading and more videos. Or shorter reading to one paragraph.

Customize privacy options for Community Forum users
Be more specific about how much privacy one might lose when joining a forum. I'd love to join the SuperBetter Community/ or Forums. // But current info does not say enough about how MUCH privacy one might lose. Can the degree of sharing be customized?

Cancel or undo option for registering an Epic Win
There needs to be something like an "Are you sure you want to...?" message that appears after a user clicks the button that indicates they've achieved their Epic Win. I'm asking this because twice now in the last 6 months or so, In the SuperBetter app in Safari on my iPad, I've accidentally registered an Epic Win attainment. :( There needs to be an action "cancel" option in place.

Social
Well, my social is exceptionally low and one way to boost that is to join the forum and ask for allies. I want to do that! So I registered... and still can't post or respond to people. I've tried emailing SB and haven't gotten any answer. This is really frustrating! I'm close to giving up on SB because why bother sinking effort into something I can't fully participate in.

Heard about superbetter on NPR radio yesterday. Being 40 years old and playing games for 28 years I think this is a great idea. Thanks
No idea to write, just saying thanks.

Can’t add bad guy
The keyboard on my iPhone blocks the add/submit button. It won’t let me hide the keyboard. I can drag up to see the button but can’t click it.

Create a safe place
Step 1: make a list of things you could use when you feel upset. For example: hugs, music, a walk through the park.
Step 2: make a drawing of your own safe place. For example: draw your piano, your cat, a wise owl, a warm fireplace, a park, the beach, a teddy bear for hugs, a fairy or wishing well or whatever else you feel you need in a time you’re experirncing rough emotions.
Step 3: use your imagination and practice stepping into your safe place every day this week, so you’ll be comfortable doing so when you need it.…

Choose your own quests
Let people choose their own quests they would like to complete. Now, some days I’ve done many more than 3 quests, but it doesn’t count for the to-do list. Sometimes a quest costs a bit more time or isn’t convenient to do on a certain day and in that case you can’t complete your to-do list on that day...

Feedback/Features
Hi, I heard about your game via a Ted Talk I believe. It sounded like a good way to motivate myself for healthy habits so I've spent a little time trying to customize the site. I like the concept but I'm not feeling the value based on the current charts, graphs that I'm able to find. That to me is the whole point of doing this - visually represnting what I've achieved. And be able to see it daily for immediate gratification and then rolled up into longer timeframes. I know I can do more trackers to get more graphs…

User chooses time day resets
I'm a natural night owl, meaning my day begins in the afternoon and extends well into morning hours. This isn't something I'm looking to change or "fix" in myself, but having my days reset at midnight really throws me off. With Habitica I've edited it so my day resets at 6am. I think this feature could be very useful here.

Emails for Allies
There was a post about those of us looking for support from allies already using the game.. I thought maybe if we had a post where we could leave our super better emails to send invites it could be helpful so we could support one another and really become allies!

Picture of a hero
It would be cool if you offered a photo editing template that allowed us to take a “selfie” and add superhero gear to it (Wonder Woman-ish headbands or capes, for example). I’m very visual so this would be helpful to look at when visiting the app throughout the day.

Custom strengths
Hello! I’m fairly new here but one thing I would like to see is the ability to create custom strengths other than the 4 standard strengths. Some examples: camping, automobile maintenance, blacksmithing, reading/intelligence, basically anything the user is trying to get better at. Or make some subcategories of the main 4 strength types.

Items and inventory
I'd like an inventory section, with magic items and armor. Example:
One of my bad-guys is a multi-headed monster that tries to get me to do half a dozen things at once, which of course leads to me doing all of them badly and feeling overwhelmed and incompetent. But I can't let go of any of them because I'm afraid that if I put them on pause I'll forget to do them at all.
I battle this bad guy with nowdothis.com which allows me to focus on one of them without worrying that the others will be forgotten. It's not…

PTSD is not the opposite of a positive mindset
The intro to your book contrasts ptsd with post traumatic growth and asks the question, "what makes the difference between buckling under extreme stress and flourishing because of it?"
Your answer is, essentially, a positive outlook. This suggests that ptsd can be avoided through having the right mindset.
Ptsd is a physiological reaction to extreme stress. You might as well suggest that diabetes or brain damage can be avoided with the right mindset.
While a positive outlook can make it easier to live with ptsd, and to achieve post traumatic growth, the suggestion that it will fix or prevent ptsd…

for "Mind Games" quest: add BrainHQ suggestion (there is very strong science behind it!+ free exercise available)
Why:
1, You already link to the BrainHQ co-founder's TED Talk in one of the quests, called "Your Plastic Brain".
- BrainHQ has a strong science behind it.
2.1. BrainHQ is the only program that meets all requirements of The Institute of Medicine’s Checklist for Brain Training
https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/institute-medicine-checklist-brain-training2.2. Specific research studies:
https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/information-researchersand results one might expect: https://www.brainhq.com/world-class-science/published-research
They have a FREE-for-all short daily exercise (The Daily Spark) - these are two sessions of one of their paid exercises, every day it's a different exercise.
It, conveniently, takes about 5min (except for Navigation exercise), so it totally meets your criteria…
