    You have left! (?) (thinking…)
How important is this to you?

I would suggest making separate powerpacks for Autism and OCD, if you can. I have OCD, but not Autism. I have largely managed to conquer my OCD over the years through self therapy. (I'm a psych student with training in CBT and mixed that with some stuff I picked up from yoga and meditation classes.) Mine was specifically germaphobic, checking, etc, with the germaphobia severely meddling with my life, and I went from "opening doors with my sleeve" to "able to go dumpster diving (which is legal in my part of the world) just to prove to myself I could."

I would love to submit a power pack walking people through the sort of thing I did.
