  1. big icons

Hi, I believe that bigger icons for quests, power ups and bad guys will really help the experience of buperbetter. Like the quest says "MAKE IT VISUAL"

I get way more motivated with a great heart opening image with my quest or power up. Now it'mainly text and that only hits home yto such a degree. Thanks!

  2. Allow links or embeddable items in power ups.

On the app if you add a link you can't click on it.
I have several motivational videos or links that help motivate me. It would be great if we can embed them here or at least have it be clickable

  5. Ability to delete power ups.

It would nice to be able to delete unwanted power ups. Especially if we unpacked a power pack and found that it actually doesn't really apply to our situation.

  7. Add way to annotate power up activations

If would be great if activating a power-up allowed me to describe the specific thing I did in a few words. it would help show progress meaningfully, and support reflection. Eg. When activating Friends and family > adding specifically "called mom" or lazy exercise > "did desk yoga" -- a rich patchwork of positive actions could emerge.

  8. Ease use of power ups

I wanted to say thank you for the work that has gone into this project and site. Currently I am perusing my master degree in Kinesiology and a personal trainer at a franchised gym.

I have begun using this system to improve myself and to learn if it can be used to in conjunction with personal training. So far myself and 2 clients are testing it out.(the feedback it good!)

I would like to suggest instead of having to view a power up to complete , have 2 buttons. One view and one I did this. This would be ideal…

  9. Colour of links based on resilience gained

So I've realised that while it would be really good to have icons based on resilience, there would be no way to really differentiate the packs at a glance. So instead, why not change the link colour to match that of the resilience gained? Or the 'View' button?

  10. Ability to mute/deprioritize certain quests/bad guys/power-ups

A significant number of the pre-made (or quest pack) quests, bad guys, and power-ups are completely irrelevant to me (or duplicated). Ones I have added should be sorted towards the top, and I should be able to check-box ones that I want to fall to the bottom/grey out/become less relevant. Because they may become useful later, they shouldn't just delete (unless there's a 'go here to see the stuff you've muted' menu, but that seems complicated to code).

It is significantly annoying and makes the site harder to use for me to have to scroll past three screens of stuff…

  11. multiple categories in custom power-ups.

in making custom power-ups, it would be nice to be able to check more than one box as to category, as it is with some of the pre-set power-ups.

  12. Make it possible for us to submit power-ups for existing power packs.

I have a couple of power ups that I think are pretty well written. I think it would be cool if they could be considered for inclusion into your existing power packs.

  13. Ability to edit the power-ups

I wish I had the ability to edit the titles for the power-ups so that they make more sense for me. For example "It's my party and I'll cry if I want to" makes me think it's a powerup for crying, and really I can't remember that it's for doing something you want to do rather than what you have to do.

  14. Make Power-ups that are unlocked by Quests

I noticed at least one Powerup whose utility followed performing a specific quest -- the Presto-changeo powerup for the Your Body Rocks powerpack. And it made me think that it would be really cool to have power-ups unlocked by quests. Earning power ups and powers from overcoming events is a staple in games, and would really make me feel a sense of pleasure and achievement when I used those power ups. And I love unlocking new quests in the SuperBetter game. I feel like, "Oooh, I unlocked something!!!" There are a few Quests, such as the meditation quests, that suggest…

Just wanted to let you know that the site recommends "mediation" when I think you mean "meditation."

  16. Show the last date/time a given Power Up was competed, along with the amount of times it has been completed.

The amount of times a given power up is helpful, but sometimes I wonder if I marked my power up, or if I forgot to mark it. By showing the last time the power up was completed I will know if I marked it or if I forgot to mark it. This also seems complimentary to another feature request for the ability for an individual to mark the time/day they completed a given power up, which I also like in the case that I had forgotten to mark it.

Really enjoy what you've done so far. Looking forward to future…

  17. Putting details within completed powerups or quests

it would be cool to be able to note when you mark a powerup as complete HOW you completed it. On the completion record rather than the activity wall, so you can look back on what you've been doing and what's been working for you. Eg the Power-Up "Engage in a Hobby" (or whatever it is, something similar" you could note "Played guitar for 10 minutes" when you tick it off, then in your history you can see that.

This is planned :) My power-ups are all emotions, and I desperately want to note all the little things in the day that made me feel curious, or delighted, or loved – so I’ve got it prioritized pretty highly!

  18. Presto Change-O power-up wrong and incomplete!

    Hello,
I've been working through the Your Body Rocks power-pack, and have found the Presto Change-o power-up isn't right. See section below:

"Replace a critical thought or comment with fresh new material using the magic of “Presto Change-o!” Next time you catch yourself getting critical in the mirror, do a Presto Change-o and shift your focus onto what you do like!

Here’s how it works: You wrote down your five most-criticized body parts for a Quest at the start of this Power Pack. You also listed ten things you love about your body. <s"

As you can see, it ends…

  20. A different type of "to-do"

One type of task that I need to do, that doesn't seem to fit anywhere exactly, is routine things on my to-do list. I mean things like folding socks, or sorting my credit card bills, or washing the kitchen floor. These aren't "quest" level, but don't really work as "power ups" either... they aren't "something quick and easy you can do to feel better or get stronger" - although they are good to get done, and it is part of my recovery to pick these up again and get routine tasks accomplished.

What I'd like is a list of tasks…
