Can’t complete 3/3 quests First time
Says “2/3” although I have completed several under “See more. (On iPhone.)

If you complete quests that are not dated to be completed TODAY, those don't count toward your three daily quests. I noticed mine was doing it too. So if I finish something with a completion date of: "this week" it won't count.
