Why $5?
When did you start charging? I tried to get the app for a patient of mine and suddenly instead of free it was 4.99! I know that's not a lot but it is for my clients, and it actually is a lot for an app. As a professional I'd be happy to donate if you can keep the app free.

Can you donate by giving your clients $5 to buy it? Or they can use or for free online.
