Secret Lab: Insights not loading

The resilience chart loads, but when I try to access the SuperBetter trackers chart, it goes grey and says "loading" but it doesn't load.
I've had this problem for a little less than a week now. My main browser is Firefox and I just recently upgraded, but I've also tried on Internet Explorer and Safari, on various different computers, and it won't work.

We recently resolved an issue with the SuperBetter Trackers in the Insights. This should be fixed now.

    This seems to be fixed for Firefox.

    Only resilience graph works. Everything else gets stuck at 'loading'.

    Similar, but only the resilience graph loads, no matter what tracker I ask for. I would really love to be able to see my progress. Please fix!

    Still same problem for me too. I have tried different browsers on Mac and Windows. The superbetter tracers will not load. It's stuck at "loading".

    Same problem here! (On all my browsers) It sounds like this has been completely broken for well over a year! I agree it would be really helpful to hear from support to know if this is something they're going to fix... if not, I'd prefer to know so I can stop taking the tracker quizes in hopes that one day I can see the results!

    Same problem here, i think its important for me to see my progress. It would be nice if someone from support comment on this too. So we know they are workin on it.

    Ditto and when I send in an email about it through support I get an auto response back saying they're not able to respond to issues at this time. ??? I've only been on a few days and I've found so many bugs and nobody seems to be around to address them.

    same for me- only the main superbetter tracker works, but the ones included in the power packs don't

    Doesn't work for me from the start (I registered a week ago). I use Firefox 25.

    Bug duplicated when browser started in safe mode (add -ons disabled)

    Same on Firefox (24.0) --- might be notable that using Win 7, 64-bit?
