Charge us money, already!
You update your company blog roughly once a month. You've had a new site design in the pipeline for almost a year. Y'all are clearly understaffed and underfunded. Jane can give talks til she's blue in the face, but the product needs some work. And it's begging for sponsored PowerPacks etc since you've got so many little features and options, and some of them are begging to go behind a pay wall for the betterment of the whole. Like I want to change "physical" strengths so they're called "willpower" strengths, and it took me less than a month of use to decide that I was willing to give you money for the privilege to do so.
Here's a great model for having a pay component: https://www.fitocracy.com/become-a-hero/

I don't like this idea. Yes the site is brilliant - but people that really need it might not be able to afford it - I certainly wouldn't pay monthly or anything for it, I am struggling at life as it is. However I'd be happy to donate or pay for a no ad sub.

Given the current issues with pages not loading (being replaced with 'we're making SuperBetter Better - which being tech savvy I know is a clever replacement of the '404' page when the server times out.) This suggestion is even more important because it will get you the funds you need to upgrade your servers.
The more people find out about this, get excited, and spread the word - your player base is starting to increase exponentially, I believe, and your starting to run into issues with your current hardware/bandwidth (reminds me of .. any major MMO that launched and had no idea the impact the huge influx of players would have on their servers causing them to crash!)

I'd at least like the ability to "Donate via PayPal!" I watched both of Jane's Ted-Talks and started playing this on Wednesday, and just started reading her book, and she's inspired me in incredible ways in both my professional (I'm a game developer too) and personal life! OMG I went from depression to feeling like I can take on the world!

Yep, I agree. Either that or open source it so that we can create and share our own power packs. I could create one or two for my coaching clients, it would be awesome advertising! :)

After a couple months of use, once users get the hang of things and aren't overwhelmed, you could suggest that they can pay for further customization, like this kind of feature: http://superbetter.uservoice.com/forums/119811-superbetter-feedback/suggestions/2996614-keep-track-option-for-user-created-quests
