Even if you register to the forum using the option "Receive Email from Other Members" (https://forums.superbetter.com/register.php) that will not activate the setting "Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages" (under General Settings).
I wrote 4 private messages to other members, and from their login history I can see that they most probably didn't get any notification. That makes looking for an ally a very tedious task!
