you have a lot of good videos describing subjects, but when it comes to knowing about the toggle from hero to ally i was lost for a while... perhaps a series of videos for the UI and how to get around the site would be very handy for people that are not so practiced?

actually, i find the UI clunky in some ways, like i have to reread the same material over again and again, it could be cleaned up and less all over the place. i am new to this, but i really like the idea and my plans involve continuing.
is there a way to turn off viewing completed quests? or any means to have a feed to inform us when someone leaves feedback, and where they left it?
