Suggesting a quest - more feedback would be good!
I've just suggested a quest for my hero, but I didn't see any feedback to indicate what's happened to it now or where it's gone (or even that it was successful). I found that the "suggest a quest" action has been crossed out, when I went back to my dashboard, but that's a bit hidden. More obvious feedback would help.
(Caveat: I'm an Opera user. I may well have missed something that should have worked in IE/FFx/Chrome.)

I have the same problem. Doesn't seem to be a bug. More like they just didn't think about it.

Similar problem from Hero end. I accepted my Ally's quest but I can't find it anywhere in the menu so I can complete it. I'm not recruiting any more till this is addressed. I'm not feeling very powered up right now.

I have the same issue with Chrome. Each time I suggest a quest, I'm left with a little uncertainty as to whether it actually worked. I asked my hero about it, she saw them and "accepted" them, but now she says they've disappeared and she can't find them anymore.

I don't think there's anything you can do, other than contact your hero and ask them about it, or wait until it shows up as a new Quest if they decide to create it.
It would be good to see it as "pending" and to see its status, in the same way as Invitations. In the event of it being turned down, your hero could write down a little note explaining why
