Password reset email doesn't work
I have a password reset email, but the link just takes me to an error page. I've tried several times (the same token is sent each time).
Is this for the SuperBetter site or the forums?
Ran into this issue today as well. Accidentally logged out on phone. Went to website and requested a password reset. No response came in my email.

I did NOT forget my password, but on Day Two and a half, the site rejected it! I was very careful to avoid any typos, and no, the caps key was not on. After several tries, I gave up and clicked "forgot password" so I would get sent a second one. The site rejected that one too--several times, with no typos! So I tried clicking "forgot password" AGAIN and haven't even gotten a response. /// I was on this site for two days and saw all the good it could do me... and was starting to... and now this. Discouraging to say the least. Please, FIX THIS.
This is still an issue. Seriously, I forgot my password and now I can't get logged in on my laptop or on the app. I have the password stored on my phone, so I can get in that way. I've tried requesting a password multiple times. I checked to be sure that the email is correct, then checked to be sure that the message hadn't gone into the spam folder. I sent an email, but haven't heard from anyone. I cleared my cache and then tried requesting a password again, but got nothing. It seems the password request is still a bit glitchy.

Hi Jessica... it was for the SuperBetter site. However, it has worked since I logged the item - maybe an intermittent bug? I tried from 3 browsers on 3 machines and the behaviour was consistent (an error page).
The next morning I was taken to a password reset page but it didn't do anything (when I submitted, the fields cleared but I was left on the same page and my password wasn't reset. Later that day I tried again and it worked fine.
And now it seems to be working. Temporary blip?
Okay, now I get a password reset page but, when I put in a new password, there's no feedback from the page and the new password doesn't work. Step in the right direction, at least! :)
