repeat emails
Please review the frequency and content of emails you send out. I've fallen out of using Super Better but really agree with it and want it to help people. I get a lot of emails from you guys and lately they seem to be focussing on ways for you to get money from us. Especially when I get the same email two days later. Your image is moving from "dedicated to helping people" to "dedicated to making money". I totally understand the premise that you need to make money in order to function, and see no reason that you shouldn't also make a profit, but please seriously review your communications with respect to this or you run the risk of putting people off.
