How can we improve SuperBetter?

  1. Please figure out how to better condense and organize bad guys, etc.

    As a user with an MTBI, I am overwhelmed by too many items in the various lists. Some of the Quests ask that I add even more. Please assist by adding some sort of roll-up feature.

    I've tried changing my Timezone but when I click on save I receive a message saying that the sever Te returned an error :(

  3. Please fix the Android app - it's terrible.

    The SuperBetter app is terrible. I need to vent.
    I really like Super Better, and was excited to see the app available in the Android store. It was a bit more expensive than I'm comfortable with, but I thought it would be worth it.
    For the most part, it is, but it has some major problems that would keep me from recommending it to others.
    First, crashes. It hangs frequently, and I get a lot of notifications from my OS telling me so.
    Second, content creation is very frustrating. If you switch tabs while creating a new Power-up, Bad Guy,…

  4. Audio for text files?

    A friend just a told me about super better and I loved the concept. I am recovering from traumatic brain/spinal cord injury and visual processing is hard right now. My first assignment is to read an article... Would be so helpful if there was audio available. Otherwise love it so far! Thanks.

  5. interactive world to create enthusiasm

    Hi there, this is a random suggestion- what about the use of a world and games... I enjoy the tasks but thought maybe with the bad guy section a daily battle of sorts- like a get you on edge adrenalin pumping game... maybe a hammer and you get points for hitting the bad guys and the more you play the more harder it gets. Then the different quests are in a world where you follow paths to the quest set. Like the chill pill quest could be next to a beach and the different areas are locked until you download…

  6. More like a game, less like doing work.

    I don't need a character walking around in a 3D world or anything, but when I play other simple games on my phone, I feel like there is a celebration when I do well and progress. On the other hand, when I go through the process of getting a power-up in the SuperBetter app, it feels like I'm using project planning software, or something. It starts to feel like a chore, without much fanfare.

    The colorful burst when I get resilience points is nice, but then it's gone and I don't see my points added to anything.

  11. Deleting quests in bulk.

    I would like to be able to delete quests in mass so that I can focus on a few important ones. Right now it will take a lot of time to delete the ones from my last epic win that do not fit to my current epic win. This distracts me from the quests I want to focus on.

  12. More options for "I'm getting super better from"

    I feel there should be more options to pick from when choosing what you are battling/hoping to recover from. For example, I am hoping to use Super Better to help with my Epilepsy but I can't choose it for my profile.
    This really limits this game for me.

  14. 2-Step verification for login like Google has

    Invent 2-Step verification system for logging in, that is require the user to input a security code sent to mobile phone at login. People use SuperBetter for things related to mental health and I think secure login with mobile code would enhance the feeling of security. After all there may eventually be a lot of sensitive data about a person on her account.

  16. Categorizing and Organizing

    Suggestion 1

    It would be great to sort the Bad Guys and Activities/Quests in to Color/Section specific. e.g. I need to work on Blue. So, I would like to focus on the Blue in the 10m I have atm to play this. I have to dig through them atm and now my other "areas" are grossly out numbered.

    Suggestion 2:
    can you make the vanished items GO AWAY. atm they're greyed out and contribute a bunch of visual clutter to the screen. very annoying and distrating

  17. Does anyone know how to add allies with the forum down and unaccessible?

    This is the error message I get when I try to access the forum. Secure Connection Failed

  20. Put "I did this" button next to Power Ups & Bad Guys

    It would markedly improve user experience if such a button was available. Now we have to open an additional page hugely inflating the time needed to play.
