I'm with the op here. Managing a neuroimmune disorder, there are many things which act as triggers even though they are generally beneficial for the majority of the population. Some of the treatments themselves have negative side effects which are just dealt with because the benefits outweigh the negative effects. Some power ups, like those involving movement, are actually detrimental in some circumstances.
And I can't find any power ups for things like taking your drugs, which for many of us is an integral part of treatment.
Also, some things are beneficial in more than one way; it would be nice if we could specify if a thing improves both mental and physical resilience, for example.
