Right? Stand up every 30 minutes? As long as you aren't sitting down, standing still, or eating you're stealth exercising? I'M IN A WHEELCHAIR! I have no choice BUT to sit down! LOL! I deleted every preprogrammed powerpack first thing, for that very reason. That gets rid of them - but then you have to start making your own from scratch. And I have to admit, I was at a bit of a loss as to how to structure everything because of that. I'm still not sure I'm doing it right. But it's better than being told to take the stairs!
