replace "contact support" button with links to FAQ, forum, etc.
If you don't have a support team to answer questions, please don't fake it. The list of help links I got in an email when I used the "contact support" button should replace the email form, because I wouldn't have taken the time to compose an email if I knew no one would read it.
Good point! It should be easy to temporarily remove the contact button, and replace it when you are back answering emails again!
