I never pay for apps, but I figured this one was worth it. Expensive too. I'm proven wrong I guess.

It would be really nice if I didnt need to be online at all times anyways, since if I can be online I could just use the website.

I would like to look into a refund if there are no updates coming soon.

I emailed the support and they came back with an automated response to be "deep in the woods of programming" or something which is cute but Id like a fix or at least a real human answering.

While annoying, when it times out, I just go back and do whatever (usually just doing power-ups anyway or whatever-logging my "bad guys" or "quests") it was again and 9 times out of 10 it works. Annoying, yes. Deal breaker, no. I AM disappointed that OTHER things don't seem to work, however, and given the fact that the person who came up with this whole concept is a programmer herself (or if not, being in the industry AT LEAST KNOWS the basics of apps) and SEEMING so passionate in her TEDtalk ABOUT this and sharing it would OWN even a MODICUM of responsibility to the people who believed her pitch and ponied up for this app (which I had no problem with personally, believing the juice worth the squeeze, as it were) and MAINTAIN IT, FIX THE BUGS, UPDATE IT in a timely fashion (I dunno, like quarterly) and UPGRADE IT.

I too have recommended this to others because I believe the benefits outweigh the cost. $5 is really nothing compared to what you'd pay a life coach or shrink or therapist to ATTEMPT to motivate and get you to actually DO the things in this app and it wouldn't be NEARLY as neat and tidy.

Yes. There are problems and it would be SO AWESOME if the dev's would address them BUT on the other hand, can you say that there's ANYTHING else out there that comes CLOSE to this?

I am optimistic that the purveyor will fx these problems: every time I open the app I have to log in, keeps timing out, don't see any mechanism (other than FB or Twitter) to play with friends. It may be that there is a way, but you must have to reeeeeally look for it. I love the concept and most of the features, but... Especially disappointing when you take into account the expense.

I just bought the app, because I saw about it at TED. I think it could be a nice app, but I can't understand why App Store are still selling an app that doesn't work properly. Frustrating!

I am not sure if they are still maintaining this app. The first version per the App Store was June 2012 and the last one was December 2012. I contacted Support on the website and I am awaiting a reply.

I am finding that the app is buggy on my iPhone when connected to wifi, but comparatively smooth using cellular data. I don't know whether or not that might suggest what the overall problem might be. But, that is my experience. I hope someone will look into it; I'm so glad to have found this service, and I want to keep up with it!

Hi yes it's a wonderful app - but rather annoying when it keeps timing out. A lesson in patience and resilience perhaps? One for the geeks to solve and help us anxiety ridden players!

I love Superbetter and have reccomended it to many friends and family. Much to our dismay, it keeps signing us out or having errors. I'm still on board for version 2, but you've lost many who haven't already reaped benefits like myself. Please please PLEASE fix these problems!!!

I feel the same way. I don't buy a lot of apps, so I am disappointed. It feels as though this app is abandoned by any development team and they are still selling it which is not fair.
